Located on a stunning private beach just 8 miles from Georgetown, the capital of Exuma. Next to the famous Lazy River! Five large bedrooms which are beautifully decorated. New two bedroom Beachside Cottage includes a master bedroom with a King bed and ensuite bath and a second bedroom with two single beds, perfect for an additional family. Soaring 22'' ceilings in the main great room with state of the art fully stocked kitchen.

Excellent property with plenty of living and sleeping space. Only issue we had was hot tub was out of service due to failed component and no grill while we were there as they had to order a meq one which was not arriving until after we left. House manager was wonderful to deal with. Beachfront was gorgeous. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful vacation spot with a beautiful view! The home was well stocked & roomy enough for our large group. The host was very responsive, and the concierge was helpful & attentive. We enjoyed their recommendations for the chef, excursions, and rentals. The pool was enjoyed by all.

Family Escape to Exuma

We love Exuma, the people could not be friendlier! We had a need for a doctor at one point and the house manager was quick to point us in the right direction for medical assistance in town which was also superb! If you check in on Sunday, be aware that most grocery stores close early - think through dinner arrangements prior to arrival for that evening. Again, the house manager was very helpful and directing us. The owners of the property were also extremely responsive! We wouldn’t hesitate to book again and hope we have the opportunity!

Great!

Stayed here from 2/14-2/21/25. The home is beautiful and had everything we needed and more for our party of nine. Sharell, our Property Manager, was amazing to work with. She was quick to respond and answer any questions we had. We had a minor issue with the coffee maker and a new one was delivered the next day. The grounds were lovely and well-maintained. We loved lounging by the pool and enjoying the ocean only steps away.. We would definitely recommend this home and would love to stay there again.

Amazing stay

We had an incredible experience at this beachfront property, boasting stunning views that made our stay truly unforgettable. The location was perfect, with the beach just a stone's throw away.A special mention to Sharell, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of exceptional. Her helpfulness and dedication made all the difference in making our trip truly memorable. If you're looking for a serene retreat with breathtaking views, I would highly recommend this place. Quiet New Year family trip

We had a family trip of 12 for the week of New Year’s. Due to the holiday, we had planned on there being a lot closed in Exuma. For that reason we stayed mostly at the home. The house was as advertised with a beautiful view and access to the beach. We were disappointed with the kitchen since we did most our cooking. The lighting was very dark and only 3 burners on the stove worked but we made due. House was very comfortable but did appear very worn and needed some TLC. We had a lot of trouble with the grill as it was hard to light and maintain temperature but again made due with what we had. There were beach toys and kayaks but no beach chairs to take on the beach. The lounge furniture at the pool was worn and we had trouble managing some of the chairs due to wear and tear. The hot tub was out of commission but I had expected that since previous reviews had trouble but still disappointed we did not have access to it. The property manager, Sharell, was wonderful and she was very responsive and willing to help and easy to reach. We did use Chef Tevin one night and he was great!! I was hoping to give this home a 5 star review but I feel for the price we paid to stay at the home, I was expecting a more polished experience. Sharell and Chef Tevin do deserve 5 stars! They were great.

Awesome Property

We all loved this property. The location was a little ways from town but not an issue. The access to the water was perfect and having the kayaks on the property was a plus for us. All the rooms were very spacious. Sharell was great and helped with any questions I had. Definitely recommend this property.

Greystone Villa is amazing

Our stay at Greystone Villa was magical. The house has everything you need. The views are so beautiful. The beach right at the bottom of your stairs is one of the most beautiful waters we have ever been in. We highly recommend staying here!

Gorgeous view

We enjoyed our stay at Greystone, 3 families with 6 adults and 7 kids ages 13-18. The house was accurately depicted in photos, although we misunderstood the room arrangements and assumed the 3 king beds were in the main house. One of the king beds is in the cottage, so one adult couple shared a double queen room. The house is located in Little Exuma, which provided a very private, beautiful beach and view. The walks along the beach were amazing! It is a bit far from town and restaurants- a rental car is a must! Sharell was very responsive to any of our needs providing additional towels, life jacket, etc. and helping during power outages and when the water went out. She managed car rentals, chef booking and massages for our group, which was great! The pool was very nice, a little cool on some of the windy days. We spent a lot of time in the pool area relaxing, lounging and swimming. The hot tub did not hold heat after the first day, which was unresolved after letting house management know several times. We were a bit disappointed about this as we had hoped to use it during the chilly evenings! We had so much fun exploring the island, a true adventure! We did a full day boat tour (highly recommend!), went to Tropic of Cancer and Hooper's Bay beaches, had lunch at Santanna's, dinner at Blu on the Water and Rusty Anchor. Enjoyed cooking at the house a few nights and had chef Tevin one night for dinner. A very memorable vacation in a beautiful setting!

Amazing property & views!

It’s hard to put into words how amazing this property is until you walk into the house and see the views. Our family of 8 had a fantastic time in Exuma and at this property. They have everything you need inside the house, as well as outside—ocean kayaks, snorkel gear, pool floats, beach towels
etc. Sharell was absolutely fantastic and was always available if we had any questions. We also had Chef Tevin make a delicious dinner for our family. I highly recommend this property!

Gorgeous home!

My family and I stayed at Greystone with friends in December. It accompanied both of our families plus had enough space for us to hang out! Sharell went above and beyond to help us have a wonderful week.. we were well taken care of! We were in contact with her right after booking - she answered MANY questions for us as well as set up our grocery delivery, car rentals, dinner reservations. Chef Tevin made us a spectacular meal one night. So much fun! Many nights were spent in the hot tub looking at the clearest sky ever! The view of the ocean is unbelievable.. just the prettiest! There are quite a few beaches close by to hang out at. The house had sunscreen, bug spray, pool toys, coolers, kayaks, and a stocked kitchen. Unfortunately, the bugs loved us a lot.. make sure you bring Cortisone and Benadryl. We hope to visit again soon!

GREYSTONE IS HEAVENLY!

Let me start by saying Sharell (home and property manager) took care of every detail (groceries, chef, amenities, tours etc.). She goes above and beyond to make your stay carefree and perfect. Chef Tevin is an amazing Chef and breakfast was everyone’s favorite meal!! Everyone on Exuma is so warm and welcoming., we felt at home. The house is absolutely divine and we had plenty of room for three families totaling 13 people. There are plethora of toys for the pool and beach, sunscreen, bug spray, family games(the kids played every night) and plenty of beach towels. The pool & hot tub both have a beautiful view overlooking the ocean especially at sunset. I also highly recommend blu on the water, chat and chill, Santanas, and Reel ‘Em In (best boat tour ever
swam with sea turtles, pigs, saw eels, star fish and the most stunning sand bar)! We hope to return to Exuma soon and stay at Greystone. Thank You, The Diacons, The Williams & The Handcocks

Wonderful property with all the ammenities

We had 6 guys who turned 50 this year all together for a reunion. What a blast we had. The property was perfect for us and had everything we needed. Sharrell the property manager was incredible in helping us with all our planning. Chef Tevin cooked up some aweome food. Just a great trip all around.

Dream Holiday at the Best Place on Earth

Beach, house, pool, all UNREAL! I felt like we were living in a screensaver. House is immaculate and like new, beach is surreal and Judy the property manager is awesome. The only disappointment was that I had to leave! Loved the house... WE WILL BE BACK SOON!!!!

Always the best time and best house on the island!!!

Third trip...love the house, Judy the property manager, the most amazing beach. Everything is clean and new with all the amenities. Great pool and love the new hot tub. Will be back soon!
