Cette toute nouvelle location située au centre de l'enclave exclusive de Old Hooper's Bay est une petite communauté partagée avec seulement 7 autres maisons saisonniÚres nichées sur plus de 10 hectares et bordant notre propre réserve exclusive de plages et de parcs. Caché de la route principale avec notre entrée privée "aucun public" rend notre maison et la plage un endroit trÚs paisible et le plus important privé. Notre emplacement central sur l'ßle offre l'avantage d'un accÚs facile à Georgetown et à de nombreux services, notamment les banques, les magasins, les restaurants et les épiceries. La maison d'hÎtes et la maison principale sont regroupées si vous le souhaitez et ne seront jamais louées séparément à d'autres groupes.

Blue Hues est une rĂ©sidence en bord de mer bien amĂ©nagĂ©e avec une maison d’hĂŽtes optionnelle ainsi que sa propre piscine privĂ©e qui offre un cadre idĂ©al pour se dĂ©tendre et profiter de la compagnie de sa famille et de ses amis. Cette belle maison est situĂ©e sur plus d'un acre de jardins luxuriants et de paysages paysagers indigĂšnes. Notre maison offre une vue Ă  plus de 180 degrĂ©s sur l'eau turquoise et comprend un grand patio extĂ©rieur et une grande terrasse de piscine qui offre d'excellents endroits pour se dĂ©tendre en fin de journĂ©e. .
Vous pourrez vous promener sur la plage privée, rarement occupée, située à quelques pas, munie de hamacs pour la sieste de fin d'aprÚs-midi.

Cette propriété de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain a été superbement meublée et offre le meilleur de la vie insulaire de luxe. Trois des chambres sont dans la maison principale avec une option de location supplémentaire pour la maison d'hÎtes avec une chambre double, un salon, une salle de bain complÚte et une cuisine. C'est une unité parfaite pour les nounous, les grands-parents ou les enfants.
La maison principale et la maison d'hÎtes sont équipées d'un générateur pour toute la maison en cas de panne de courant.

This was our second stay at Blue Hues. We have already booked for 2027! The house is beautiful and has everything you need. Location is 10/10. Rick is always available for communicating anything you need. The private pool and beach make this home perfect if traveling with young children. I would highly recommend this house if looking to stay in Exuma. You will not be disappointed!

Our stay at Blue Hues was spectacular; the property is even more beautiful than the photos. Both the main house and guest house were immaculately clean. As a group that loves to cook, we were thrilled with the kitchen and outdoor grill, which were well-stocked with every tool and spice needed. The grill was high-quality and in excellent condition. We also loved the living area, the cabinet is packed with games like Connect Four and Monopoly!The grounds are lush with tropical foliage, peacocks, and hummingbirds. The location is perfect, close to grocery stores and Georgetown, yet felt incredibly secluded. We spent a lot of time at the semi-private beach, seeing only a handful of people. It was the perfect backdrop for a private New Year’s celebration under the moonlight.Some Highlights: Beach & Gear: Semi-private with great shade. Rick has thought of everything—the garage is stocked with chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, and kayaks. Pool: A clean, sparkling, and well-maintained spot to relax. Balcony: Elevated with stunning views. As an amateur astronomer, it was the perfect spot for my astrophotography telescope. This is a Bortle Class 3 area; the Milky Way is prominent during a new moon!Beyond the home, Rick is an exceptional host. His communication was flawless and he is a genuinely kind person. I enjoyed chatting with him a few times about shared interests, making me feel like a welcomed friend. If you want a peaceful, well-equipped getaway, this is it!

We loved every minute of our stay in Blue Hues! The property is absolutely amazing, we even did a few photo sessions. We spent a day kayaking to the nearby island and the beaches. We also explored little exuma with all the wonderful beaches there. Our highlight was the men o war sandbar. We’ve done it twice by foot from the shore at low tide and on the boat. We used Gemini AI to give us advice on what to see and what to do. It worked out really nicely. Unforgettable vacation overall!

This was a wonderful place to stay with my family. From the moment we booked, the host was in touch with helpful tips and thoughtful information, which made everything seamless. The home is beautifully maintained, and the location—so close to the beach and the private pool—is simply perfect.As someone who loves to cook, I especially appreciated the kitchen. It is fully stocked with every pot, pan, and tool you could possibly need, and the generous selection of spices was such a pleasant and unexpected bonus. We truly felt at home and would happily stay here again.

Our family of 5 stayed at blue hues for the week of Thanksgiving and it was a dream! The kids loved exploring the properties many garden areas, looking for the peacocks, the outdoor shower, swimming in the pool, using the beach park swing, and going to the beach. Rick was one of the best hosts we’ve ever had before; providing us with every detail of his home and all of the amenities and things Blue Hues has to offer. He had so many water toys and beach things, which made it so simple once we arrived. We had Charlene help us with a rental car and stock us with groceries. We had Healing Hands come for massages and we did a boat half day tour and a half day fishing with Sugar Adventure. All recommendations from Rick! The house is extremely convenient to the airport but also seems so remote and is very quiet and private - tucked away from the main roads. We had such an amazing and memorable week!!

What an amazing stay at Blue Hues
!This is a gorgeous property, and even though we have stayed here multiple times over the last five years, we are still blown away by the beauty of the ocean views and the amazing setting on the hill as well as the manicured landscape that provide endless photo opportunities
!Both the main house and the guest house are well appointed, and you can tell that the owners have thought of everything you could ever need. Clear label instructions are located everywhere to allow you to understand how everything works
!The location at Hopper’s Bay is ideal, and it’s located exactly between the airport and Georgetown
My only complaint is not having being able to meet Ricky and Jodie in person to thank them for allowing us to stay at their little piece of Heaven on Earth

Our family of four stayed at Blue Hues in early July and it was just wonderful. The location was perfect and close to the airport and where we needed to be for excursions as well as restaurants and markets. The house itself was fantastically appointed and had everything we needed and the private beach, the water, the pool and the views were perfect. The hosts were so communicative, helpful and responsive and went above and beyond, spending time by phone, e-mail and text to ensure we were well prepared for our trip. If you're thinking about visiting Exuma, do not pass Blue Hues up! We look forward to our return!

Heaven on earth

One week isn’t long enough. The beauty of the sunrise from the back porch every morning made it worth setting our alarm clocks even on vacation. Bucket List Vacation was PERFECT!!

The Blue Hues house is the place you want to stay in Exuma because this house has it ALL! There are breathtaking views, it has a pool, and a beach! Rick has a garage full of ANY of your needs for the pool and beach. You can swim out to the reef to see lots of fish and we were all blest find a sea turtle! The house and guest house worked perfectly for 8 adults and an infant. Rick is super to work with and Michelle was the best helping us get settled into the house.

Second Incredible Stay

After another perfect week at this truly stunning property, my family is ready to plan our next visit. The listing pictures do not do justice to the views and immediate access to the pristine, QUIET beach. Amazing rental on Exuma

We have had such a great experience renting Blue Hues from Rick and Jodi! From the second I booked to the day we left Exuma, Rick was so helpful every step of the way. We really felt 100% satisfied and comfortable booking this property with Rick, especially being first time visitors in Exuma.The house was everything and more that we could have expected! Pictures don't do it justice this property is amazing!! Perfect location on the island so we were able to easily go to either way to explore different beaches/restaurants. The gardens surrounding the house was such a nice touch to it all. We loved walking through, especially to the outdoor shower off to the side of the house down one of the many beautiful garden paths. I literally just used that outdoor shower everyday and enjoyed the light breeze while staring out into the ocean and hearing the waves wash on shore. Everything was very clean, and spacious for our family of 5. We didn't use the guest house since we didn't need rhe room but Im sure it is just as nice and the main house. Pool was definitely an added bonus. The whole set up was perfect, you could see the ocean from the house, the patio, the pool/pool deck and even when you pull in to the driveway from the private road leading to it. Quick walk down the driveway to the shared private beach with clear turquoise water and nice clean sand. There is even a tree swing down by the beach! Im telling you, book this place you will not regret it! Thanks again Rick!

We stayed here for my 60th Birthday. The villa is stunning, attention to detail 1st class, with everything at the property you could wish for. Beach towels, beach chairs, beach matts, coolers to take to the beach. The interior is stunning, with everything you need and more and the gardens are so pretty and private and the location is superb. 7 properties in 30 acres, totally private in a private quiet road with its own beach for residents! The pool has sun loungers and inflatables in the garage. The annexe was so nice and none of us wanted to leave. The host gave us so much information and was so helpful. I don’t think you could get a better villa and location in Exuma . As we are from the Uk it’s a long way for us but if I was in America I would be going here every year. Amazing, Amaxing Amaxing ! The location on the ocean is perfection the pool is an awesome spot to keep an eye on the ocean and I spent mornings on the patio watching the sun come up over the ocean! The flowers and the birds were a constant feast for the eyes! The house is gorgeous and has everything you'd ever need. The feeling that really stuck with me throughout was I've stayed at rental properties before and this wasn't that..this was a home! Thank you Rick & Jodi for sharing it with us!!

Best water views on the island

The views from this home and its pool were so terrific that my wife and I didn't eat a single meal at a restaurant all week, except on Monday, when we chartered a boat to go on the iguana, pigs, sharks, and sandbar trip. I can't imagine what this property has in terms of hardscape and landscaping. We will be back next year. We used and recommed Island Wings to charter a light twin to and from Nassua and Capt Andrew at Comfortventures for our boat charter.

Blue Hues offers one of the best locations on the Island and is center Island close to everything the island has to offer. We are tucked away in a "very private" no public access secluded community off the main road away from traffic noise and neighbors.The home and guest cottage are on a slightly elevated hill that offers fantastic water views and ocean breezes. This beachfront home is only steps from the Beach and offers very calm waters ideal for children.We are close to Prime Island Meats, Smitty's Convenient Store and a short drive to Georgetown and only 15 minutes from the Airport.

A true gem that sit on over a acre of native gardens and stonework on a slightly elevated beachfront for amazing views and a rarely occupied calm water beach only steps from our pool. Very private and quiet except for the sounds of the ocean waves,soft Island breezes and our resident Peacocks :) A true PARADISE!
