Great house, great location!! The only thing I have to say that was not good wa that there are no beach towels, they just supply a little extra white bath towels. So if you are staying here bring your own beach towels.

Thank you for staying at the Take it Ease Sea house. There must of been some confusion in the towel basket. We have beach towels in with the bath towels in each room in the basket. The beach towels are larger than the bath and are white and some of blue. There is a plentiful amount of beach towels. I wish you would have reached out to me so I could have had our Caretaker come to house and show you.

Check in/out was extremely easy. The house is extremely well-appointed and in a great location on Exuma - central to everything. Very easy to get to and from town. The host was available for anything we needed. We've stayed in many places on the island and would not hesitate to book Jennifer's place again.

The property was everything advertised and more. It is in a perfect central location with easy access to everything. The air conditioning is cold and the beds are comfortable. The back deck is perfect for early morning and late evenings. We could not have asked for a better experience.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The views were amazing and honestly made it hard to leave. The home felt very cozy and welcoming, and the ocean being just steps away was perfect. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, which made the stay even more relaxing.The only small suggestion we would have is to provide shampoo and body wash in the bathrooms, as we realized the first morning there wasn’t any available in the house. Other than that, everything was wonderful and we will definitely be back!

Excellent experience for our family of five. House was very clean and fully stocked, including plenty of towels and beach toys. Excellent central location. The beach was a little bit rocky at low tide, but my kiddos spent hours hermit crab hunting in the rocks- it ended up being a huge unexpected plus! Can’t think of anything that would’ve made this home more perfect than it already is! Highly recommend booking!

Where to begin?! If you're looking for a stress-free rental on the beach, this is it. The back porch setting is beautiful, and the location makes it easy to access food, shops, and airport. The house had everything: a fully equipped kitchen for cooking and a close by upgraded gas bbq, water toys for the beach, and plenty of games. The local guide info in the house was also very helpful for planning our days.

We loved our stay at this home, it was exactly what we needed! The house was great, the backyard was so peaceful and relaxing, and the view was absolutely beautiful. It's also in a perfect central location, close to everything. We go to Exuma every year, and it never fails to exceed our expectations, this home definitely added to another amazing trip!

We had the most wonderful stay at this house in Exuma! The host Jennifer was very helpful and responded quickly whenever we had a question. The house is in a perfect location, close to the airport and also close to Georgetown where the main grocery store is located. There’s also a convenience/ grocery / drug store called Smitty’s very near the house. We went out for adventures every day, but for only part of the day, so we could spend the rest of the time enjoying the amenities at this amazing house. It is quite literally stocked with everything you could think of for an enjoyable stay. Our family of two adults and three kids had the most fun week and highly recommend this house!

Excellent Place

It was the first time we visited Exuma, and we really enjoyed our stay. The great thing about this place was the beach within a few steps into the backyard. It was extremely private, and the house came with a bunch of toys such as paddle boards, games, kayaks, and beach shoes. We really enjoyed our stay, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone going to Exuma!

This was our first trip to Exuma and it was amazing. Our flight arrived at 12:00 and check-in wasn’t until 3 PM but we stopped at Tim’s for lunch which is minutes from the airport and right on the beach. We went grocery shopping at the main grocery store in Georgetown and really should have just gone to Prime Island Meats/grocery. The parking in downtown Georgetown is difficult and the smaller store actually had everything you need. The beer/liquor store is right next door. Smittys is also just fine for groceries and is walking distance from the house. The house was exactly as described and literally 20-30 ft from the back door to the ocean. The house is stocked with everything you need (kayaks, paddle boards, masks, snorkels, etc). You could literally never leave if you didn’t want to. House was clean! Bedding, pillows, etc. were great. Plenty of towels and laundry if you need to wash anything. Honestly, it was a perfect trip and the house and location were a big part of that. It’s 15-20 minutes from the airport and maybe 10 minutes to Georgetown. We loved it and can’t wait to go back.

Family trip with adult kids

Beautiful location and amazing view! Loved the extra snorkeling gear as we are big into snorkeling and some of us brought our own equipment but others didn’t. Will definitely look to return here!

Fantastic house and view

You could not ask a better place to stay. The view was magnificent. Swimming on the beach out front was great. Family and grandchildren had the best time. From getting property to check in to stay and to check out was as easy as possible. I would recommend the house to everyone.

Gorgeous!

My family and I love to travel and have stayed at a lot of places. Jennifer’s home is immaculate. It is the most well equipped house that we have ever stayed at. The view and location is amazing. I can’t say enough good things about this rental.
