Fabulous villa. Extremely spacious and very well set up for a large group. Pool is beautiful, super warm in July. Silvia, owner replied super quickly to a few questions we had. Would definitely recommend and return

Girls weekend

The house is great for a girls weekend. Each of us had our own bedroom and private bath. The backyard was a great place to hang out and enjoy the weather and the pool.

Golf Trip

The house worked perfectly for our golf trip. We had a small issue with spa heat, but the host and management company took care of it quickly.

Beautiful home

House was beautiful. Only issue was with the hot water in certain restrooms not wanting to work.

Great Winter Getaway

This was our 3rd stay at the Encore, 1st with the Calcedas. The property is awesome, spacious, clean and well maintained. The Calcedas were very accommodating and welcoming. If there were any concerns or questions, they were prompt in their response. I highly recommend this property!

Hot Tub saved the day!!

The home was great. The hot tub and heated pool saved the week end. We happened to pick the coldest weekend to go to Florida and it was cold. Each family member was able to enjoy the hot tub and pool saving the day! Thank you to our gracious host!!

Work Trip

Booked this property for a few of my employees while they were out of town for work. Overall the property was clean, and I received no complaints from my team that stayed there. Would definitely book with this host again. The host was very communicative and accommodating as my team was late arriving for check in due to bad weather. 5 Stars!

Perfect stay!

Everything went perfect during our stay. The house was exactly as described on VRBO, clean, with sufficient number of towels, tableware, silverware, appliances, etc. House is very well kept and appliances are new and working perfectly! BBQ grill also worked fine. Comfortable beds, sofas and more than enough space for our family of 10 people! Kids loved the themed bedrooms! Special kudos to Silvia, the property manager, who answered all our contacts within minutes and was extremely careful and helpful during all our stay. Looking forward to staying there again!

Vacation Stay for April 7-10, 2023

Great vacation home! The only thing that I can say was wrong was the floors upstairs. They need to be repaired to stop making sounds. The subfloor inch needs to screwed down! Other than that, the home is a great place to stay!

Great Property!

Silvia's property was great to stay at. She was very helpful, got right back to me when I had questions, and made her best efforts so that we had a seamless stay. The house was exactly as listed and comfortable for nine of us to stay in. Just an FYI, guests are not able to regulate the temperature in the house. Silvia was more than willing to adjust it as needed but we needed to send a text if we wanted the house to be at a cooler temp.

Beautiful Home

6 of us stayed here for a long weekend to attend a wedding. I was impressed at how large the house really was and how roomy the bedrooms were. Every bedroom except for the downstairs had its own bathroom. check in and out was easy and the house was clean. Had a few issues of the pool not being cleaned when we arrived, but I texted Silvia the owner and spoke with Mila the property manager and they sent someone out within 45 to clean it. Anyway, the issue was resolved quickly. Silvia the owner is a very hands-on owner, I was able to text her directly and she responded right away to my questions and concerns. She actually was very attentive from the time I started my search for a rental. Sometimes you have to only deal with the property management company but not with the rental of this house. We did have contact with Mila at the management company as well, but it's nice to know that you can contact the owner directly. They do need new pots/pans in the kitchen and maybe a few Tupperware bowls. May need to inspect the towels provided and supply new ones as some were a little worn/frayed and a few small holes but they worked for the time being. Property was great, pool was nice. With summer traffic, it does take about 30 to 40 minutes or so to get to all the attractions. I still would recommend this property. Thank you Silvia for the use of your home.

House as described , nice neighborhood BUT........

Let me first start by saying this is a beautiful home, nice neighborhood. Very comparable to my home life. I was excited for my family first trip since Covid. When we arrived the pool was dirty, I made contact with the host. Pool guy never showed up to clean the pool, several bugs and debris present from a storm that had just passed through and Styrofoam balls from a broken pool toy. My husband got out as much as he could so that my daughters could swim. Florida temps are nearly 100°, the air is set to 74 (which is controlled by Orange Properties) which left the home luke warm our entire stay. It also takes a while for the water to get hot (which I also called about), it must be left running for some time to heat up. We still made the best of the trip simply because we loved the home and the neighborhood. Once I arrived home I was accused of stealing THIRTY towels. My family travels with our own linen, always have. Orange literally accused me of taking essentially every towel in the home, when we barely used 5. That was an insult, especially because of the amount we paid to stay on this property. My advice to future stayers COUNT EVERYTHING and report it to the host. This put a huge damper of what was my family's 1st trip since Covid. I was truly insulted by this. Orange made no apologies, and were very matter of fact when I called about it. I never make habit of using community towels and have always taken my own even at 5 star location. My entire family was left offended because we followed every rule to the T, taking care of this home as if it was my own. We kept everything clean and replaced everything we touched. Learning experience, as I will now count and photograph everything I see from this point forward. Doesn't feel good to be called a thief.
