The condo was very clean and had lots of room for the kids to play. The unit is an end unit and the view of the beach was wonderful. The host was very quick to respond to any questions we had and very accommodating.

The dryer vent is broken and tore up three swim suits and 1 shirt. We also went without water for the majority of the last three days we were there, it would cut off and back on throughout the day at the most inconvenient times. The tv’s go offline every single night saying it lost connections to internet. Other than these things everything was perfect.

This property, host and maintenance team are TOP NOTCH!!!! We LOVED our stay here!!!! Highly recommend! The hostess is so kind, courteous and helpful! The maintenance guy was SUPER as well! Beautiful home for a family get away!

The condo was spacious, well equipped, and beautiful. The beds were very comfortable. The view from the balcony was spectacular. Check in, parking, and daily access to the complex and the condo were very convenient. The beach was one of the prettiest and cleanest we have been to - even during spring break!One thing we weren't prepared for was the limited supplies for daily use items like toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dishwasher and laundry detergent, and garbage bags. Be sure to bring those with you to avoid the need and high costs for local purchase.

This was probably one of the best VRBO’s we have stayed in. Listing was 100% accurate, very clean, and amazing views. Host had great communication. I know some reviews had some issues with elevators, it was busier on Friday,Saturday, and Sunday. However weekend days we waited tops 15 minutes, during the week it was less than 5 minutes, sometimes immediately. For us elevators were not an issue at all. We loved that we had views of the pool and the beach which was great when the older kids went to the pool and I would wave them up when lunch was ready. Beds were comfortable and we all had plenty of space. (9 total) Directly on the beach there is jet ski rentals, parasailing, banana boat rides, beach chair rental, and you can even sign up for bonfires on the beach. Waves restaurant located on the 1st floor had great food and we loved that the market had beach accessories and toys for very reasonable prices, we got items to make sandcastles for less than 10 bucks. My older girls loved that they could get Starbucks each morning at the market. We loved it so much we plan to book again for next year! 10/10 I highly recommend!

Host was great!! The condo was perfect for our family with 6 children. It was very clean and had a wonderful view!! Only problem was elevator but that is normal and we figured out busy times and tried to avoid. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!!

Amazing stay!!

The condo was amazing! Very clean and roomy for our group of 11. Amazing views too! We saw dolphins and manta rays in the water from the balcony. Alli was quick to respond when we needed something and very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay!!

The apartment is great, comfortable, beautiful view...I highly recommend it. But the building is not very beautiful nor very clean, elevators are not enough wich means you may spend long time for them. However beach in front is very nice and I would definitly go back

Family vacation

The property was great! It was my extnded family of 11 people, ages 9-74. Very clean and had everything we needed like washer/dryer, crock pot, pots and pans and towels. Was in walking distance to the grocery store, restaurants and site seeing locations! Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Allie was great to work with!

Perfection on the Beach

The condo is very spacious and we loved the wrap-around balcony! The decor was beautifully cozy and beachy. We were very happy with the location and all of the amenities at Tidewater. Ally, the owner, was quite helpful when I had a couple of requests/questions. We would definitely stay here again!
