This is a three level townhome with rooftop deck. The first level includes the attached garage, kitchen, dining, and living room. On the second level you have the primary bedroom with ensuite bath, laundry room, and another bedroom with ensuite bath. The third level includes the bonus room and rooftop patio with fireplace, as well as two additional bedrooms and a hall bath. All bedrooms have king size beds.

Credit Card Processing Fees are non-refundable.

Guests have access to the entire private home and attached two-car garage that can fit two small or mid-size vehicles. One additional dedicated parking space is available behind the home.

Your host is available by message or text throughout your stay.

Located in one of the most desirable areas of Nashville on a quiet dead end street minutes from 12south, Gulch, and Downtown. Melrose in Berry Hill is a small city within a city in Nashville also known as `Music Hill` Walkable to Music Hill attractions, recording studios, restaurants, and escape game. 2 miles to Downtown, Broadway, and The Gulch. Coffee shops, restaurants, and bars close by.

We recommend ride share when visiting downtown as parking can be challenging and expensive.

• No parties or events. Residential Neighborhood with Limited Parking. Parking Provided for 3 vehicles, 2 small to midsize, one oversized.

• No Decorations unless approved by host and $250 refundable fee is paid
• Quiet hours 10pm-7am
•No locals without approval and signing separate rental agreement
•Insurance requires company collection of driver`s license and ID and age verification from responsible party
•Any tampering or disabling of exterior monitoring devices including but not limited to cameras will result in immediate cancellation without refund
•No firearms or weapons allowed on the property unless guest provides documentation that they are law enforcement.
•No visitors, only registered guests allowed on the property regardless of staying overnight or not.
•Furniture must be left in original position, no rearranging or moving of furnishings.
•We highly recommend purchasing a travel insurance policy to cover unexpected circumstances.
