The house location is great. There was street accesss in the front of the house and also at the back. We were not instructed which to use and our gps took us to the back. We arrived after dark and were not familiar with the area at all. The steps up to the back yard are steep and the railing was wobbly, very precarious. There was also a sign on the gate that said dogs were present, I’m assuming for the neighbor, we never saw or heard any dogs. There were software problems that prevented us from getting our access code. This was resolved in about 30 minutes and the weather was nice enough it wasn’t too bad sitting around the backyard while waiting. The side table charger in the loft bedroom didn’t work and my sisters phone went dead while she was sleeping instead of charging so the alarm didn’t go off. We ended up leaving a little late because of this. Overall the house was comfortable, clean and well stocked. Although there were some hiccups, we would rent from them again.

Loved it! My girls would have a stayed a week if we could! The property is stocked with all your needs! Highly recommended for those looking for a fun, safe getaway in Nashville!

We were very comfortable and any questions or concerns were answered quickly by the host. We stayed a few days for a family memorial and would have been comfortable to stay much longer. The kitchen/family room is large and well-appointed for cooking and serving food. There are also great choices for restaurants nearby. We loved Vegelicious on Fisk and enjoyed exploring Charlotte Ave area businesses. This made traveling with a dog much easier. It is a beautiful and well maintained home.

Short trip to tour Vanderbilt

The place was perfect for our needs with three 17-19 year old kids. Lots of room, very clean. The boys loved the putting green in the yard. Would recommend.

Worked well for what was needed

Room set-up was great but could have used a dining table - misunderstood that part of the post. Liked the proximity to downtown but didn't realize house was on a very steep hill and right next to a noisy highway. House was clean but could definitely use some upkeep (dirty light fixtures, loose door handles and towel holders, some oven knobs didn't work, fiteplace had to be manually ignited, etc.). Overall worked for what we needed, though!

Absolutely wonderful property close to everything we were interested in doing during our weeks stay in Nashville. Excellent check-in process and communication. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the amenities were awesome. We will be back.

Great Stay.

Condo was great and it had plenty of room for the 9 of us staying. Beds were comfortable and the Jacuzzi was clean, modern, and well maintained. My only complaint is that they need to replace the outdoor furniture cushions and cover them. They are not covered and they smelled musty, so we never really used the fire pit. Also, the listing said 3+ bathrooms which is somewhat misleading. It is 2 fulls and 2 halfs. The owner was next door and helped us out if we had any issues. Only about a $10-$15 uber ride to Broadway.

Very nice place

We went to a concert at Brooklyn Bowl on Sunday Evening and needed a big place for all of us to stay. It was wonderful! The fact it had 4 king size beds was amazing! Very comfortable too! Would highly recommend. The fire pit and corn hole and put put green was a very nice extra touch. Our group loved it!

Perfect Home

Me and my friends stayed her for a week while exploring the city. We found it to be the perfect spot for us. Very clean, lots of space, great amenities, beautiful views, and great location near the city. Just be aware that the owner lives in the building next door. That was not originally listed in the information and would have been nice to know. Other than that, it’s an awesome spot.
