Live the island life at this stylish retreat located on coveted Key Allegro Island. Highlights include dual living areas, and a cookout-ready, fenced backyard and furnished patio with a Weber gas grill and a table and chairs for al fresco dining. Stunning decor and comfortable seating make it easy to unwind in this beach home, perfect for families, fishing trips, and girls' weekends. The primary living area boasts a comfortable sofa and a 60" TV for streaming your favorite channels, while the sunroom features a daybed and two armchairs perfect for morning coffee, wine, or snuggling up with a good book.

The well-equipped, full kitchen includes several options for your morning coffee including a Keurig, French press, and a pour-over Chemex. There is also an array of useful appliances and tools. Guests can perch at the breakfast bar with seating for four or gather for meals or family game nights at one of two adjacent tables.

Upstairs you will find a bistro table and chairs for two on the front deck, while on the rear deck, covered seating for five with a view of the bay and backyard can be found.

Downstairs, guests can enter full-on vacation mode with a siesta on the hammock and then enjoy a delicious BBQ meal at the high-top table with seating for eight, while the spacious, grassy, and fenced yard is ideal for all-ages fun and games.

**The downstairs bedroom and bathroom are accessible via a separate exterior door; meaning there are no internal stairs to go up or downstairs.

Just steps from your door, enjoy a refreshing dip in the Allegro House community pool (unheated, 5' deep, and open seasonally in the summer), then venture minutes to Rockport Beach to relax by the sand and gentle surf (please note there is a daily $5 parking fee). Explore a host of restaurants, shops, and entertainment options in downtown Rockport.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
