Perched on one of Sea Isle’s shimmering canals, this 3BR/2BR home features an ultra-private master suite and multiple outdoor areas with stunning views. The covered patio has seating for everyone to enjoy a meal with amazing views of the canal. The master suite boasts two private balconies. Sea Isle Beach is close by, and the local supermarket is within walking distance. Cool tile floors line the open-concept living room, furnished with a comfy sectional and two chairs. Relax and unwind beneath high ceilings while enjoying a movie on the 38” TV. Gleaming marble countertops complement sleek black appliances in the kitchen. Whip up tasty meals with plenty of cookware and kitchen gadgets. A wine fridge in the outdoor kitchen keeps your favorite bottles at the perfect temperature and the full-size fridge and ice maker will come in handy for cocktails. Five can sit to coffee and the kitchen bar, and a polished wood table seats six to special meals.

This three-story home accommodates up to 12 guests between the three bedrooms. The master bedroom is a tranquil retreat on the third floor, furnished with a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and a desk. A balcony with seating for two overlooks the canal. An en-suite master bathroom features a jetted tub, double vanity, and a walk-in shower. Another private balcony off the master bathroom offers views of the Gulf. Downstairs, the second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a TV, and a private balcony with Gulf vistas. Two full-over-full bunk beds and a flat-screen TV round out the third bedroom. The guest bathroom is equipped with a sparkling tub/shower combination.

The patio features a table with seating for 10 plus additional benches for seating, an ice chest, and plenty of additional seating. The expansive canal-view deck has two sitting areas and a dining table for eight. Private balconies await off the master suite and the second bedroom. Underwater fishing lights by the canal attract fresh catches. Other perks include driveway parking for four cars, a washer/dryer, beach towels, and complimentary Wi-Fi.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
