Beachfront Views at Malibu Top Level Apartment

Our Top level apartment is located at Malibu complex between SJU airport and the Rain Forest in the northeast side of the island. Enter the apartment and enjoy the magnificent oceanfront view. Nothing between you and the ocean.
The Dining room sits comfortably six guests. The kitchen is equipped with pots, pans and silverware. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms are located at main level. The Master bedroom faces the Ocean with Queen bed, private bath and TV.
Going up the spiral staircase you find a studio area with TV, futton bed, kitchenette and private bathroom with shower. The french and modern doors open to a huge terrace area equipped with a grill and dining set for afternoon cookouts. Sit and relax at night in this area to be amazed by the open sky with lots of stars on clear nights and the soothing sounds of the ocean. All you need to bring is your food groceries, bathing suit and sandals. Our apartment has the rest. Peaceful atmosphere and relaxation awaits for you.

The area around the apartment complex is mainly residential, but it is a short drive from the community of Piñones, a very popular part of Loíza and known for its local restaurants and nightlife. There are also many restaurants and attractions to explore in the nearby towns of Carolina, Rio Grande, Luquillo, and Fajardo.
