Je l'appelle mon endroit heureux. Profitez de vacances relaxantes en profitant du son des vagues et de l'odeur de la plage. Hébergement parfait pour des vacances en famille ou une passerelle. Bel appartement en bord de mer avec accès direct à la plage et aux espaces communs avec piscine, belvédère et aire de jeux pour enfants. Situé à 15 minutes de Walmart et du principal centre commercial avec foodcourt et magasins réputés. Je recommanderais certainement une location de voiture.

We rented this property for a total of 9 days for my husband, myself, our daughter, husband and two small children (ages 5 and 10). The property was adequate, clean and right on the beach. The property had the required amenities in the apartment; i.e., 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with showers and a washer and drier. While we used the kitchen basically for breakfast and lunch, as we ate out or ordered dinner the majority of our stay, the kitchen was clean and just the right size, and a coffee maker which we just loved. We were looking for a quiet and peaceful place with parking, a pool and easy to get in and out of the gated complex, it is not for those looking to be close to activities such as El Condado Beach area, or Isla Verde, or a walking community with restaurants and stores within walking distance, this location does not have this accessibility. El Yunque, however, is about 30 miles from this complex. For our family the serenity worked out just fine.

This was perfection for us. The place was amazing - views of the ocean and mere feet from the beach. A beach which on its busiest day had about 30 people on it- and this was during the week before Easter. All of us (two adults and our 11 and 15 year olds) swam and played in the waves for hours each day. The complex also had beautiful pools if you prefer that or have small children. We didn't want to be surrounded only by non Puerto Rican tourists and we found that here. This was a popular condo complex with Puerto Ricans and families. It is quiet but vibrant. This is well situated for day trips (yes, you need a car). 30 minutes to Old San Juan, 30 minutes to a beautiful National Park and more. The condo itself was well stocked with what we needed to cook. A plus was a washer and dryer in the condo. The beds were super comfortable and the open air porch was our favorite spot to have a cup of coffee in the morning and play cards after sunset. We would come back in a heartbeat.

Perfect spot for our family!

We loved being right on the beach and the kids loved being steps away from the pool. The apartment was perfect for our family of 5- plenty of space for us to be comfortable. Can’t wait to come back!

Excellent place. The beach is literally a sixty second walk away. The pool if the sand is not your thing is sixty seconds the other way. Absolutely a wonderful place to stay.

Peaceful

We took a family vacation to disconnect and be present. Everything we could have needed and more was here. The beach is right off the property and was pristine. It was so quiet at the complex, and it was just what we needed. Everything was clean, check in was easy, and host is quick to respond!
Water was clear and calm, even when storms were coming in!

Quiet location with a quiet beach

The condo is nicely furnished with comfortable beds and plenty of space. The deck looks out at the ocean which makes it a wonderful place to sit and drink coffee.

Beautiful property

The only difficulty we had was on the first night trying to check in and locate the property. Google maps took us to the wrong location. Once we were able to get to the correct location, we loved the condominium and everything was beautiful!

Sandra was a great communicator. The house was very clean and comfortable. The beach was so close that we could hear the waves from the bedroom - wonderful! We enjoyed the large porch. Beach chairs, towels, etc were supplied; laundry machines were great, and the kitchen was well-stocked. It would be nice to have more than one key to the beach gate. Our group had to pass it around and yell for each other to open the gate. Only other issue was that we never figured out how to get the cable channels to work. Sandra tried to walk us through it by email a couple of times and then we gave up. Written instructions with the two remotes and the cable box might have worked better.

Amazing condo with private beach access

We stayed at this condo over the Christmas holiday and absolutely loved the location and accommodations. The private beach and pool were highlights for the family. Neither were ever crowded. The property was hard to find with the address listed on VRBO, but we just searched for "Malibu Beachfront Condos" in Google Maps and it took us right there. We would definitely stay here again!

Great vacay!

This community was a great place to stay. It is gated and safe. It is central to all the main activities, San Juan, ferry to Culebra, and El Yunque rain forest. Be aware there will be driving!! If you stay in Luquillo, you will be closer to the ferry and rain forest but farther from San Juan. I recommend figuring out what you are most interested in before you select a place to stay. Best food options are in San Juan.

First Visit to Puerto Rico

Staying in Malibu Beachfront Condos in Loíza was the best area we could have chosen to see the entire Island of Puerto Rico and Veiques. But after seeing most of Puerto Rico we could not have been more satisfied with the choice of staying in Loíza. It has the best of beaches, pool, attractions, stores, and restaurants. We will definitely come back.

Wonderful Ocean front Views

My family of 4 stayed for a week and we had a great time! This is the best location. The lanai/porch faces the ocean, easy and nearby private beach access as well as being very close to the pool area. There are a lot of sleeping options to fit even more than my 4 people. We will definitely return here.
