The host was great and very quick to respond to any questions. They also provided a great guide on things to do. The place was very clean and the beach out front was great. We spent most days renting chairs and umbrellas out front on the beach. It’s also a quick uber to old San Juan.

We had a wonderful time. Apartment was very clean and had great views of the ocean. Perfect for families. Many restaurants and a few casinos within walking distance. I would definitely stay there again.

Great location!

The view from the balcony is amazing. The condo was very clean and has comfortable beds. Full kitchen allowed us to save money by cooking in sometimes. Walking distance to everything, including El San Juan Hotel, where we enjoyed lunch. Would highly recommend this rental.

Beauty at our feet

What a great experience. We loved the view of the beach, the sound of the waves and our daily visit from the birds. The only drawback was the noise every night, but we got used to it. Overall a great stay and would highly recommend it.

Stayed for a wedding and birthday celebration and had grandfather, my husband and I and two 24 year olds and there was something for everyone! Apartment was great and the walk to the beach took seconds. Wonderful to wake up and have your coffe gazing at the ocean and listening to the waves!

The property was just as it was described. The places our host included to know where things were was an absolute help. We loved being right on the beach. Cooking is my thing on vacation and everything I think I needed was there and appreciated!! Thanks for the memories!

Beautiful condo with gorgeous views

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful condo! Every thing was just as described. Loved the views and the spacious nicely decorated interior. Owner was very responsive and provided lots of tips and helpful information about the unit and surrounding area. Neighborhood is a little noisy, but location is great otherwise. Highly recommend.

Family Vacation

This property was beautiful for my family of 6. We stayed for a week and had a great time. We spent most days at the beach but enjoyed the pool as well. We were centrally located to visit Old San Juan, Condado, El Yunque & Laquillo rain forest amongst other places. It was easy to check in/out of building. Review instructions before leaving building or you may find yourself locked out. Overrall this was a great 1st visit to Puerto Rico.

I would like to say the place was very welcoming and spacious. Very convenient location to stores/ restaurants. Had no issues with outside noise. Great location from the beach! If I had to make any suggestions would be to update curtains and wash/dryer. The dryer did ruin a few of my kids clothing that I had to run to the mall and buy my son a Nike outfit . Great property on wonderful beach

Property is as advertised -- beautiful, comfortable, and well stocked. Beach Access is very secure, which can be a struggle if you have a lot of gear, but worth it. We enjoyed every part of our stay, including a cookout on the grills. Power went out for about two hours in San Juan one morning, but the unit is well prepared with lanterns, and ocean breeze. Shades in bedrooms don't go down all the way due to ac units (which provide much needed white noise on weekends), so bring eyeshades.

Friends Get-away

Great view of beach and ocean from the balcony. The condo was clean and comfortable. Beach was great, played in the water and had nice long walks on it...had to pay for lounge chairs and umbrella daily though. Close to everything we needed, walking distance to a lot of restaurants, bars, grocery stores and casino. The front door personnel were awesome - super friendly and very helpful! Only a couple of minor issues. If you're a light sleeper, you may not get a lot of sleep. All bedrooms were street side so there was a lot of noise from the 24/7 bars across the street and traffic at night. They also were doing some sort of renovation in the condo above us so there were construction noises starting at 9am. We had 3 couples so it would have been nice to have had a 3rd fob to get in and out of the condo.(the front door people helped us a lot). The pros outweigh the cons though...
