GAME ROOM ADDED INCLUDING FOOSBALL, AIR HOCKEY TABLE, AND CUSTOM ARCADE!

At Family Adventure Vacations, we provide our guests with a fun, family inspired rental! Li'Am (leave them) Worries Behind is named for our son, Liam, and is the perfect family friendly beach home! Three bedrooms, 2 baths and this home is located in Navarre Beach, Florida's most relaxing beach! The master has a King size bed and private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and shares a bathroom with our bunk room. The bunk room features two bunk beds with twin size beds. All four walls and the ceiling in the bunk room are painted as an under the sea theme. The kids will love it! The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa available as well. Li'Am Worries Behind can comfortably sleep up to 6 adults, with max occupancy at 10 including children. The kitchen opens into the dining area and living room, offering plenty of room for the whole family.

Ask about our beach package. This is available for an additional charge.

This package includes:

-6 seater golf cart

-beach chairs and more!

Sometimes items may need repaired/replaced and may not be available. The golf cart is guaranteed with the beach package, everything else is extra. Refunds won't be given unless the golf cart is unavailable.

*This property has security cameras located outside, at each door.

*A signed rental agreement is required. We do collect an $500 security deposit hold that will be released after checkout. Your door code will be sent to you two days prior to your arrival along with detailed directions. Pet fee is $100 per dog, 2 dog maximum. Small dogs under 50lbs only. Dogs must be crated when not under direct supervision. Dogs are not allowed on any of the furniture, this includes beds. Excessive cleaning due to pets may result in additional charges. This includes hair, urine, feces (yard included), and any damage from the pets. If you are bringing something other than a dog, it MUST be pre-approved. No cats.

*Violation of any house rule, including pet rules will result in removal from property and forfeiture of deposit.

Booked a last minute trip after previous plans changed due to weather. This was the perfect space for our family. We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach, collect shells, visit Navarre, go on fishing charters and spend time at the wonderful house. Loved the open floor plan, game room, fire pit and play set. This vacation was just what our family needed.

A perfect get-away

We loved staying here. Beautiful and clean accommodations, a very short walk to the beach, the game room proved very valuable on our rainy days, and, the firepit with ample seating and swings, made for some magical nights, enjoying the fire and watching the stars! We'll be back for sure!

Off Peak Quick Getaway

The house was a perfect weekend getaway with our kids and parents. We decided last minute to take a long weekend and so glad we chose this place as it was well stocked with great amenities and we stayed busy with games, the outdoor swings, and foosball table.

Relaxing and Fun!

Our family really enjoyed this home for our vacation in Navarre this year. The game room and outside areas were a hit with both the older and younger kids and there was plenty of room for all of our family to get together for a nice dinner.
