Welcome to your Panama City Beach escape, just steps from the sand, pool, and resort amenities. No long elevator waits. Just easy beach days, a quiet low-density complex, and everything you need to relax. Enjoy your private balcony with rocking chairs overlooking the pool, perfect for morning coffee or sunset relaxing on the private balcony located off the bedroom balcony. This is our personal beach condo, please treat it as your would treat your home. No glitter allowed inside. No hanging anything on walls inside or from railings outside. No furniture, bedding, blow up mattresses allowed to be brought in.
No moving or rearranging furniture. Please read all the rules prior too booking.

This is a great condo with nice property amenities! We were traveling with a baseball team and Southwinds was a great complex to have a large group. The kids played on the recently renovation putt putt green and pickleball/tennis court. And they definitely put the pool to great use! The covered area with tables/chairs was great for the adults to keep an eye on the pool. The condo itself was very well represented in the listing and was exactly as we expected. It is a second floor unit (which may be somewhere in the listing), but the stairs were easy to use - not steep nor narrow. We never heard noise from neighbors from either side and only heard footsteps from above a few times. So although there are people around, we weren’t ever disturbed by them. We used the refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave and Keurig and all were in good working order. A/C worked perfectly and the ceiling fans were powerful. The condo stayed cool even when the A/C was set to a higher temp during the day. Obviously, this is not a ginormous square-footage unit, but the owner has made the most of the space and was thoughtful in the furniture layout and storage options to make the most of the space. The hall bunkbeds were great for our 6 year old kid and the king bed in the primary room was very comfortable. We used beach chairs that were available to borrow for a few beach days and the complex has a conveniently location spray off area near the front of the complex to wash all the sand away. Excellent!

Great condo near the beach

We loved our stay. The condo was cute and clean and well stocked. The condo is as close as you can get to the beach without being beachside. It was a short and easy walk and Taylor had beach chairs available. Taylor was also very attentive to all our needs during our stay.
