Palm Obsession GULF VIEW Condo Near Pier Park

Welcome to Palm Obsession! A spectacular view of the Gulf from the 8th floor of Origin Condominiums! This unit provides plenty of space for you to enjoy at just under 1,000 square feet. Sleeping arrangements include a King Bed, Queen Sleeper Sofa and Rollaway Bed.

This property is fully furnished and ready for your arrival! The decor is inspired by the natural beauty Panama City Beach has to offer with Tommy Bahama Coastal Vibes and, of course, an obsession with everything Palm!

Origin includes fabulous amenities, including a beautiful pool and hot tub, fitness facility, movie theater and sunrise/sunset observation decks on the 15th floor which is a MUST SEE! You'll be amazed at the beautiful skies overlooking the gulf. All guests are required to wear or display provided wristbands at all times while on the property. This is strictly enforced by the resort/security for access to amenities and identification purposes. Failure to wear a wristband may result in denied access by the property management.

There are lots of nearby restaurants, attractions, and shopping at Pier Park about 1 mile away.

The condo was clean and neat. New living room furniture. It was well taken care of and recently painted. The balcony has a great view. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, dishes, silverware and spices.We met the host and some of his family and they were very friendly and gracious.We will definitely be rebooking this condo, it’s our favorite floor plan with a huge closet.

The listing and pictures are accurate for what you are renting. The owner is very quick with communications and provides everything you need before you ask it. The check-in and out process was a breeze. The condo is in a great location where you can walk to a few popular restaurants or drive a short distance to other places. The room itself it setup well with plenty of towels, bedding, etc for your needs. There is even a small selection of seasonings on the counter that you can use. The view from the balcony is useful to watch sunsets and people watching as it overlooks the overflow lot as well which is constantly cycling with people/cars.This condo was comfortable and priced right for what we needed for the weekend.

Beautiful place

I loved my stay here. Very spacious for a 1 bedroom and has a beautiful view of the ocean. It was very clean and easy to contact and talk to the host. I wish I never had to leave because it was so nice, but I’d definitely stay here again!
