Welcome to Oasis House! This home has been used as a family vacation home for a year and during this time it has been updated and designed to be a cozy space to enjoy for all. Open kitchen layout that connects the dining table and living area with a separate common area--plenty of space for the whole family. The pool and spa have recently been upgraded with a new heating system and Pebble-Tec. This home, with all its ample space, is perfect to accommodate 8-10 guests!

This quaint 4 bedroom/3 bathroom home is located in the corner of a quiet cul-de-sac. The home boasts an open concept that connects the recently renovated kitchen, living room, and dining space. The newly renovated kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with all the necessary cooking pots and utensils to make you feel like you’re in the comforts of your own home. There is an additional common area featuring a large sectional, smart TV, fireplace, and a stand alone bar. There is a king bed in the master bedroom and ensuite bath with french doors leading out into the side patio. The remaining 3 bedrooms have queen beds and share 2 full baths. Additionally, the sectional in the family room can be pulled out into a queen bed to sleep 2 more guests.

The best feature of the home its backyard layout with all its amenities. There are multiple points of entry to the backyard: from the living room, master bedroom, common family area, and lastly from a bedroom. The large pool and spa have recently been upgraded to pebble tec finishes, LED lighting, and a new automation system that can be controlled from your phone. There is a propane grill located in the patio with a separate dining table to enjoy. Around the other side of the pool, you sit back on a spacious outdoor sectional while tuning into your favorite show with the 50” smart TV in view. There is no shortage of seating and lounge area in the backyard whether it is by the pool or around the newly planted desert landscaping.

--- INTERIOR DETAILS ---
This home accommodates up to 10 guests with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Additional spaces include a fully stocked kitchen, living room, dining room, den, laundry area, and garage. Our kitchen is stocked with an extensive list of small appliances, cookware, dinnerware and utensils needed to prepare almost any family meal. We provide a starter kit of seasonings including salt, pepper and olive oil. Please inquire with our team if you would like a complete list of all our cookware and small appliances.
We provide a starter kit of consumables for your stay which includes: paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, coffee, tea, sugar, laundry pods, dryer sheets, toilet paper, make up remover, shampoo, conditioner, body gel and a welcome gift basket. This list is only intended as a starter kit; If you run out of consumables then you must be purchase additional items yourself. We also provide body towels and pool towels for the occupancy of the home, plus a set of hand towels and wash towels.

--- EXTERIOR DETAILS ---
●Backyard Area #1: Gated pool and spa with smart automation and easy spa control (pool heating: $75/day, spa heating: $25/day), covered patio with conversation sectional seating and smart tv. The pool and spa cannot be heated simultaneously as is normal with most pool/spa systems. The heater can only heat one at a time. If you would like to purchase pool and spa heating, we will heat the pool before you check in so that it will stay warm even when spa heating is in use.

--- HOUSE RULES/ POLICIES ---

1. As per the City of Indio Policy for Vacation Rentals, outdoor Quiet Hours are between 9PM - 8AM Sunday-Thursday and 10pm-8am Friday and Saturday. During Quiet Hours amplifying devices or music is prohibited outdoors. Outside of Quiet Hours, music or other outdoor noise is acceptable as long as it is not heard past the property line. All units are equipped with Minut volume tracking devices which will alert our team if outside noise becomes unreasonable.

2. Spa heating and pool heating are extra services: $25/day for spa heating and $75/day for pool heating which the pool will be heated to 85 degrees. The pool and spa cannot be heated simultaneously, as the heater can only heat one at a time. If you would like to purchase pool and spa heating we will heat the pool before you check in so that it will stay warm even when spa heating is in use. If you’d like the pool heated, we require a 24 hour advanced notice to give the pool ample time to heat. A minimum of 3 consecutive days is required for pool heating, OR, for the entire duration of your stay if it`s less than 3 days.

3. Early check in at 1PM ($100) and late check out at 2PM ($100) is available for an extra fee ONLY if there are no back to back bookings to allow for proper cleaning.

4. Minimum 25 years of age to book.

5. SOME pets are allowed for an extra fee ($150/pet). Please consult with the owner before bringing the pet. Maximum of 2 pets. Pets are not allowed in the pool or on the bed. While we do allow some pets with prior approval, a $500 fine will be imposed for any presence or evidence of unapproved pets found within the premises.

6. No more than 4 vehicles allowed.

7. No smoking inside the home. Evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a minimum fine of $750.

8. Any missing or damaged linen, towels or small appliances will be charged via your booking platform.

9. An additional cleaning fee of $140 applies to stays of 28 nights or longer. This fee is payable promptly following booking confirmation.

10. The Coachella Music Festival dates, April 9–13 and April 16–20, and the Stagecoach Music Festival dates, April 23–27, require booking Thursday through Sunday nights during those periods.

Pre-Christmas Family get-together

This home was nicely laid out, and perfectly accommodated 8 adults and one child. The kitchen was spacious, allowing up to 3 - 4 people to cook together, and the family room and living room were nicely laid out, with a large table that accommodated us all. The spa and pool were a highlight for us, especially the hot tub, as we had cooler weather than expected, and after hiking, it was a great place to warm up in. The outdoor living areas afforded separate gathering spaces, and the lounging couches were appreciated as a quiet reading place on sunny mornings. Our hosts were very responsive to any questions we had, and we all came away from the week together feeling we had quality time. A great stay!
