This custom-built and professionally decorated home features high-end finishes throughout with all the desirable amenities for an unforgettable vacation. A short walk to the beach exposes the hidden gem of North Litchfield beach. This gorgeous home, aka 'Easy Like Sunday Morning' offers six suites with private bathrooms to accommodate 18 guests comfortably. Everyone will have room to spread out, as even the bunk beds were custom-designed to fit four queen beds. The large living space opens onto a spacious screened porch overlooking the fenced backyard to accommodate those guests with dogs. Two levels of screened porches off the back of the home and a covered front porch allow for unlimited outdoor time, whether sipping coffee in the morning or resting with a book. You and your guests can enjoy a cocktail at the contemporary wet bar that features a second refrigerator, wine chiller, and ice maker. A fully equipped kitchen makes preparing and serving meals a breeze. Sit back, relax and enjoy the outdoor bar with cable tv and grill while relaxing by the private 31’ x 15’ private swimming pool. Optional seasonal pool available (pool heat fee applies). Sundays are always better at the beach! Please see our Pet Policy that applies to all Pet-friendly homes, which is strictly enforced.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a fantastic home. The home is large and spacious. Every bedroom is like a primary bedroom. Walking to the beach is very easy. There are plenty of plates, glasses, silverware, etc. to cook a gourmet meal every night. The elevator is a game changer getting your luggage upstairs. We will definitely stay there again!

The house was fully equipped to accommodate a large group or family. I liked the idea of having the house with everything in the bar and kitchen area with all the amenities so you wouldn't have to bring from home. The house needed a shade over the open glass door and needed blinds on the huge doors for more privacy in the home. It was wide open for the neighbors to see right inside the home. Those are the only two things I would change. It's defiantly deserving a 5-star rating. Sara from the reality company worked with me during the week it snowed and showed genuine concern for our stay the week we visited.

Wonderful Place! Short walk to beach and one of best pools around

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property has one of the nicest poolsin North Litchfield of the numerous we have stayed at over the years. The inside of the house was super clean, recently renovated with lots of modern touches, really nice bathrooms, and a cozy feel to the living area. The screened back porch also great for just sitting out and enjoying the day! Only thing i wish this property had was a hot tub and wish you could hear the waves of the ocean a little better from the back porch. The walk to the beach was fairly short. Overall We would definitely book this property again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is beautiful. It is well equipped in the kitchen. It’s has 2 dishwashers which really came in handy! Plenty of seating at the island and dining table. The living room also has plenty of seating and a large assortment of board games. The wet bar area with full size fridge was a bonus. The wall of glass doors fully opens up to a screened in deck. That was so nice to be able to open those up except when the neighbor decided to drill things and pressure wash their roof for most of the Sunday we were there. It has a ping pong table and basketball hoop. Although we couldn’t find any paddles/balls or a basketball. We went and purchased those which was no big deal. There is an elevator however it was not working correctly but we didn’t really need to use it. I did let the rental office know. The location is good. Short walk to the beach. Plenty of restaurants to choose from in the surrounding area but not walking distance. Our fault we left an iPad pencil behind but it was never found. Our visit was in early February so we could not use the pool. Would definitely recommend this home.

The listing descriptions were spot on, but somehow this home still managed to exceed every single expectation. It is so CLEAN. You would never know let’s stay there!It’s simply amazing. The beach closet is fully stocked with chairs and toys, making it effortless to enjoy the sand and surf. The pool is incredible—sparkling clean, with plenty of seating for everyone to relax.The screened-in porches are a dream, offering tons of comfortable outdoor space. There’s a hammock for lazy afternoons and a large dining table on the main level perfect for family meals in the ocean breeze.If you end up with a rainy day, you’ll be glad you picked this house—it’s so comfortable, roomy, and cozy that staying in feels like part of the vacation. Every detail feels deliberate and thoughtful. Well done.And more importantly, Sea Star Realty is simply the best. #1, period. We had a small hiccup during our stay, and I honestly can’t find words to describe how professional, caring, and responsive the team was. They listened, they acted, and they resolved everything in a way you can only hope for when you travel. It’s clear that outstanding customer service and doing the right thing are core values for them. Special shout-out to Sarah who fielded all my calls and Richard who made a special trip on check in day to help us figure out the elevator. What a great guy!!I could go on and on, but words don’t do it justice. Sea Star will be my go-to for all future beach vacations. If you’re considering renting this house—do it. You won’t be sorry.
