Welcome to our gorgeous, newly-renovated 1 bedroom (with bunks and sleeper sofa) / 2 bathroom condo! You will love watching the beautiful sunset views from your 17th floor getaway! This unique resort in PCB features a kids' water park with slides, spray toys, and splash bucket for great family fun! It also has a children's frog-themed splash pad, family pools, plus a hot tub and lazy river!
Our condo is very clean, bright, and beautifully decorated for your pleasure. It features a king size bed in the master bedroom, a large smart TV (free cable and Netflix included), and large master bath with garden tub/shower combination.

The bunk area and sleeper sofa will accommodate up to 6 people.
The second bathroom has a large walk-in shower and oversized counter for your convenience.

The beautiful kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need if you decide to cook on your vacation. Additionally, a full-sized washer and dryer are available in the unit for any laundry needs.
The gulf front living area has ample seating with a large Roku streaming smart TV (cable and Netflix included), and looks out over your spacious balcony and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico! Wonderful amenities exclusive to SPLASH RESORT . KIDS' PLAY PARK AND SPLASH AREA! Huge beach front, Heated pool and hot tub (adult only space) Huge beachfront fitness center, Pool side bar & grill (Riptide is seasonal)Grilling area pool side. Dive-in movie theater (seasonal)- Covered parking, attached garage, beautiful walkway
- 24 hour security Other attractions in the Panama City Beach area: Pier Park (with huge mall area and multiple restaurants) is a short 2 miles away, which features a huge Sky Wheel. A large private pier is also available to walk out on and enjoy the sights of sea life . Alvin's Island Beach Apparel is directly across the street from Splash Resort . Many other fun activities are available a short distance away
including: Gulf World, Shipwreck Island Waterpark, Ripley's Believe It or Not, Zoo World, & Goofy Golf , Multiple miniature golf and go-cart theme parks are also within easy driving distance >- St. Andrews State Park with Shell Island access is also available within an easy drive

Amazing Stay!!

Al and sheri's place was beautiful! The area is perfect
 very good for families! It was very easy to get to everything (the beach was just a few stepsaway)! The condo was very clean as well! We will definitely be coming back!

Always a great time at Splash!

My husband, 12 year old daughter and I stayed in this wonderful condo for fall break. It was perfect for the three of us! The beds were comfortable, everything was clean, and the view from the 17th floor can’t be beat! The condo is right by the elevator but is super quiet. We will definitely return!

Amazing stay!

I can’t say enough about how great this condo was! We stayed on the week of July 4th and had a perfect view of all the fireworks from our balcony. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. My girls enjoyed the splash pad and being able to walk out directly to the beach. We can’t wait to stay here again next year!

Highly recommend!!

We had such an amazing time. The property was clean, had everything we needed and very family oriented which was perfect for our kids (8,3). We are already looking forward to our next trip here and grateful for the experience and memories made on this trip. The host was always available and had made sure that everything you could possibly need was already taken care of (extra bedding and linens to sand toys and boogie boards).

Nice stay!

We had a wonderful stay! My wife and I took our daughter (4 year old) to splash resort and to say she was excited was an understatement. She had an absolute blast swimming and playing in their little water park. The room was exactly how it’s listed, clean and spacious enough for the 3 of us. Check in was a breeze and the directions were 100% accurate. My only complaint is I wish they had more elevators there. We really enjoyed the stay! Thanks!

Great getaway

The property was clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect and everything was easily accessible. It was me my husband and four kids and it was enough space for all of us. It was nice that the pool area wasn’t in direct sunlight so the kids could take a break for the sun. Will definitely be booking this one again

Beachfront Condo

The location was wonderful. The master bed wasn't the most comfortable, but it was doable. The beach chairs were awesome, just make sure you get down there early enough to reserve good seats.
