Beautiful condo. Host was great. We had an issue during our stay at the property, but not our condo. He immediately called me back on a Sunday afternoon to try to help me resolve things quickly. Loved the Beach view and the patio going out of the living room and master bedroom. We will definitely book again!

Condo was clean and well furnished.Building was clean and well kept as were the public areas we visited. The view from the balcony was stellar, being on the 21st floor helped! We only had one minor issue and that was no drip coffee maker...no big deal we (I) survived...

The room was not cleaned when we got there (Cheetos and dirty socks on the floor). When we went to make the bed for the pull out couch, there were no sheets in the room at all. We contacted the host and someone brought 1 set of sheets at close to 10pm. We did not ask for anything else and just made do with what we had for our stay. Loved Splash resort, but probably going to look for a different unit next time that is cleaner and more updated for the price. This is no fault of the host, he was very nice and accommodating.
