We spent this last year completely renovating our Home to share with our friends, family and you!

The space
We couldn't be more excited to share our Beach House with you and your family. There are several reasons we chose this area and this community to be more specific. Safety and security was really a main focus for our family. The Shipwatch community is completely gated, very quiet and safe with no busy streets to cross for our kids. The location is so central to everything we needed, we wanted the ability to stay home and walk to eat, shop and relax on the sand. We've stayed in so many rentals and really know the frustrations and the downfalls of staying in other families homes, so we didn't cut corners on sheets, towels, mattresses or pillows, you'll find everything we use in our own personal home here at our Beach house.

The Home:
The beach house is a Four bedroom 3 1/2 bathroom three level home. The living room is located on the first floor with a half bathroom.

The Second floor:
1 Master bedroom with en suite bathroom, freestanding tub, walk in shower and Private patio
1 Queen bedroom
1 Bunk Room Containing a Triple bunk Queen, Full and double.
1 Full bathroom

The Queen bedroom and Bunk bedroom share a bathroom between the two bedrooms.

The Third floor:
you'll find another Master bedroom with en suite bathroom.

Other things to note
Only one car in driveway, driveway is shared with guest house

We had an awesome time at this beach house in the Shipwatch neighborhood—super safe and peaceful. The house was really clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beach was less than 5 minutes away, and the outlet mall was right across the street. Shops and restaurants were super close too.We had a quick issue with the garage code, but the host fixed it right away—great communication! Would definitely stay here again!

There were a few inconveniences with the oven that didnt work and microwave door handle that was broken but I was reassured with the customer service that those things would get taken care of. They were very understanding and responded quickly to my concerns. Other than that the house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Over all we had a good stay.

Terrible Experience!

Terrible experience with rental agency. First red flag. Cleaning staff beyond disbelief. Could not dispute claims w/o pictures. Poor customer service. Site was a construction mess. Called to dispute their claims and was hung up on. Stay away! Go somewhere else!

Location Was perfect; The Home Needs Care

The neighborhood is great. It is a gated community in a perfect location, with a private beach access, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The communication with Johnny or the property manager was always punctual which was appreciated. However, the cleanliness and maintenance of the home was less than ideal. The floors were pretty dirty when we arrived. There were crumbs on the kitchen table and leftover water/soap stains on the bathroom mirrors and shower doors from the previous guests. The property also needs some landscaping and other maintenance. Everything around the entrance of the house is overgrown and looks pretty unwelcoming upon arrival. My brother had to trim back the overgrown shrubs on the side of the house in order for us to park without blocking others in, and the living room furniture had some questionable stains on it, as well as the white comforter on the 3rd floor bedroom. What we paid for the location of the home and the private beach access was fair, but the management of the home needs attention. I would rate our stay an overall 6.5/10.
