Venez profiter de la plage comme il se doit pour ĂȘtre expĂ©rimentĂ© - Ă  l’avant et personnel! Cette belle maison de vacances se trouve directement sur la plage, avec la porte arriĂšre Ă  quelques pas du sable!

L’enregistrement ne pourrait ĂȘtre plus simple. Entrez simplement votre code de porte personnel dans la porte d'entrĂ©e et vos vacances commencent! Entrez et vous sentir instantanĂ©ment dĂ©tendu. Vous serez d'abord accueilli par la chambre du premier Ă©tage dotĂ©e d'un lit superposĂ© pratique avec des lits superposĂ©s et un lit gigogne double pour quelques invitĂ©s supplĂ©mentaires ou des kiddos, ainsi qu'un balcon sur la plage. De plus, vous trouverez un coin salon avec un canapĂ©-lit et une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat, idïżœïżœal pour les enfants.

La deuxiÚme chambre d'amis à ce niveau comprend un lit king-size, une télévision à écran plat et une salle de bains. Au deuxiÚme étage, nous avons un plan d'étage ouvert qui comprend le salon principal ainsi que notre cuisine bien équipée. Bien éclairé et face à la plage via le balcon, cet espace est idéal pour se détendre! AprÚs une longue journée à la plage, profitez de la télévision à écran plat depuis notre confortable canapé ou dßnez avec votre famille à la table à manger pouvant accueillir 8 personnes. Il y a aussi un demi-bain situé au niveau principal.

Au troisiÚme étage se trouve la suite principale. Privé et calme pour certains R & R aprÚs une longue journée avec les enfants! Profitez du lit king size, de la grande télévision à écran plat, de la salle de bain privée et bien sûr de la vue imprenable depuis votre propre balcon! La derniÚre chambre d'amis se trouve également à cet étage et comprend un lit king-size, une salle de bains pour invités et une télévision à écran plat.

Veuillez noter qu'en plus du tarif de la nuit, il y a un nettoyage de départ de 285 USD, des frais de garantie de renonciation de dommages de 79 USD et des frais de réservation de 55 USD.

Moomba was the perfect beachfront townhome for our family of 10. Beds were comfortable and decor was beautiful. We loved how easy our beach access was
steps to our beach. We could walk the beach to pompano joes, or to surf shops and other restaurants. We would love to come back here again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The online description was not accurate. The first level bedroom was very out of date and not the cleanest. The refrigerator/freezer in the kitchen smelled liked dead fish. There was a roach in the kitchen as well. The hot water did not work. We tried reaching out for someone to fix it, no one answered. Over all it was not the cleanest. But the view was great and the top floor bedrooms were nice.

One negative- and it would probably keep us from rebooking at this location- PARKING. I’ve never seen parking spots this narrow. You literally could not open doors between vehicles. CRAZY tight parking. If you have 2 SUVs, or your neighbor has 2 SUVs, good luck....3 vehicles- forget about it!!!

Wonderful property

We've stayed at a few other Sandollar townhomes. The one last year was in really rough condition. Thankfully, Moomba was clean, up to date, and everything was in working condition. Any issues were minor and were resolved quickly by the property management.

Clean, comfortable & convenient

The condo was very clean, it was close to everything we wanted or needed and we felt like it was home for a week. I loved that there were floats available for us to use. Two chairs and an umbrella coming with the condo was very nice too. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to cook with for the week. Every time I called for something they were quick to call back and helpful every time. Very nice staff. We would definately stay there again. It would have been nice if the ice maker had been working, but the offer of free ice delivery was very fair. The website said the Destin/FW airport was 10 minutes away, when in reality it was 40 minutes away. That should be corrected.

Property as described - beautiful and enjoyable

Overall we had a fabulous time. There were a few items that needed attention when we arrived like the tv remote not working, the sink clogged and a few other misc items that were minimal. The maintenance manager handled it quickly the next morning. Unfortunately we didn't catch that the washing machine wasn't working until several days into our stay. We were told that the owner of the property was just going to replace the machine (they had have issues with it) and since it would take longer than our stay, offered to do our laundry, which was nice. Unfortunately it was only to be done on the last day of our stay and with six children under 11, we had a huge need for laundry. I wouldn't have booked a property without a working washer/dryer. Since it seemed that they knew the machine was broken - it had a full load of towels in it with a detergent pod sitting on top - they should have told us about that from day 1 or earlier. It would have made for a more enjoyable stay if they offered to do the laundry once in the middle rather than us going back and forth after the fact. We actually checked out a day early and while this was not the only factor, I think we would have stayed the full time if all my children had clean clothes. Anyway, all that to say that despite the broken washing machine, we still had a lovely time. But I just can't give a full 5 star review with management knowing about the washing machine issues in advance.

We had a great stay! Parking is problematic but we made it work. The only other issue was a miscommunication on trash pick up, but I think we got that taken care of as well. Every interaction was pleasant and helpful.

Good place for a large family

Great location right on the beach! Three floors enable seperation and private space wheen needed. Parking is difficult as only space for two cars and not wide enough for car access. Problem with cleanleness is can was full and overflowing and smelly at front door at check in which made for a bad initial impression. Maintenance resolved right away when notified.

Perfect location!!

We absolutely loved our stay here!! Be prepared for lots of stairs, we didn’t mind them. We ranged from 3-55 and enjoyed this stay! Enough room for big parties. The only downfall for us was the washer and dryer space being really difficult to use due to lack of space. This townhouse is in a great spot with direct beach access! We will be back!

Just ok

You have to go through the kids bedroom to get to one of the master bedrooms(not ideal). Both downstairs bedrooms have window units so you either froze or got way too hot. The washing machine lid won’t open all the way so I always had to have help getting clothes out of it and laundry is in the kids room which makes it hard to not wake them up to wash a load of towels. Parking is HORRIBLE. Proximity to the beach is absolutely perfect.

Family Vaca 2023

We had a great time and space was very good for our family and the best oart was just the small walk to the beach. Parking was stressful, so beware if you have more than 2 vehicles. Our ice maker was not working, tech came out quickly but wasnt able to fix, so we did have to buy ice. The tech was very friendly and offered to bring us ice. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Family Getaway

We loved this property. Condo is just as described and pictured in the listing. Direct beach access, very quiet neighborhood, great location to anything we needed. Property management was easily contacted and at our service to assist with early check-in, adding a date to our reservation, and any other needs. Would return!

Great place on beach

I would give the property a 4.5/5. It was beautiful, clearly recently renovated in parts, and had nice treasure-trove of beach toys that seemed to have been left behind by prior guests. I would give the points off on cleanliness. The high-touch areas were clean, but the low-touch areas were Cleary very dusty. Another thing that cost the 0.5 points was there odd air conditioning. The main level and upper level had modern central air, but the ground level had small window units integrated into the wall. The one in the room with bunk beds did not seem to have a mechanism to adjust its temp-setting. Which would have been fine if there were a remote, but there wasn’t one. The choices were A/C on which pumped out A/C to 62 deg, or fan only which brought room to 78-80 overnight. So our choice was freeze or fry. I would stay here again, as it was a great house, but I would leave the room with the bunk beds vacant.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely LOVED this stay! The home was just perfect. We loved every second there and WISHED we could have stayed longer. We felt so at home and peace. The stairs are a little steep and my parents (60 and 62) did struggle with that, but the view and the access to the beach were absolutely worth it. The house is beautifully furnished and had everything we needed as far as pots and pans. The location of the home is close to a restaurant and also ice cream! We never really left unless it was to the grocery store. It was fantastic and the views, breathtaking every single day/night. Lastly, I have to mention how easy it was to reserve and how friendly every person was to me every time I called (which was often because I was skeptical). We’re from Texas and our family is big on hospitality, we felt at home and taken care of. Checking in and out was a breeze! Thank you again Beyond Blue Vacations!
