Prior to accepting a reservation request, we ensure our home will be a perfect match for all of our guests.

Our home is impeccably clean, stylishly furnished and decorated and contains every amenity you could desire for your stay in South Florida. Why stay in a hotel or condominium with hundreds of other people within close physical proximity? The ONLY inter-coastal waterfront, single family home on the west side of Sunny Isles Beach with the ideal Southern exposure, heated private pool, large BBQ (gas included) and spacious water-front entertaining patio.

Split level home with completely open floor plan and expansive views. Our home boasts marble floors, spiral staircase, elevator with access to each level for luggage and groceries, spacious dining room, fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, eating bar, new appliances, commercial ice machine, 2 ovens and full-sized washer and dryer. Our home has smart televisions, Netflix, Pandora and free high speed wifi that extends to the outdoor patio. Indoor/outdoor speakers for music.

We supply luxury sheets, pillows, towels, toiletries, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, fishing poles, gas grill with propane, fully stocked kitchen, commercial ice machine, underwater dock lights and indoor/outdoor stereo. Children and adults alike are mesmerized by having your own, personal underwater aquarium. Several of our guests have landed their first tarpon right from our dock. The bite and fight is amazing.

Private vehicle parking for up to 2 cars. Gated Eastern Shores private community. No boat dockage available, but boat rentals are available nearby.

Our home is ideally located approximately 25 minutes from Fort Lauderdale airport and 30 minutes from Miami airport. South Beach is a beautiful 30 minute drive south on A1A down world-famous Miami Beach. Aventura Mall, Bal Harbor, Gulfstream Park (horse racing, gaming, dining, and entertainment) and Hard Rock Hotel and Casino are all very close by. Family-friendly Hollywood Beach, which has the only beachfront broad walk in Florida, is a short 15-20 minute drive north on A1A.

Beautiful home.

The owners of the property were amazing. Very helful with the local attractions and dining. House was amazing! Everything we thought it would be and then some. Very clean, amazing back porch, pool, and dock in back. We spent all our evenings at the house. We will definitely be back!

Don't stay at this house! The real house has nothing to do with the pictures!The bathroom la are old, fungi and dirty.We host didn't reply our concerns, and the checking was late because he didn't reply our messages.The bbq is dirty, all rust and does not work.One toilet flush is broken. If you want to rest and have a nice stay, DO NOT GO TO THIS PROPERTY.

Intercoastal condo with special touches

The property owner, Kelly was very easy to reach and very accommodating. The modern kitchen was stocked with all the utensils, spices and tools so that we could enjoy home cooked meals. We enjoyed the heated outdoor pool daily and used the on property grill. We stayed at the property with our two good friends and found the place spacious and clean, the beds comfortable and neighborhood quiet.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, clean home! The house had everything we needed for the week! The pool area is very nice and it was awesome to be on the water. Best Vacay Ever!

Let me start by saying the house is immaculate! Everything is just as shown in the pictures: Kelly and Jim accommodated my family so wonderfully. If you forget anything, trust me, they probably have it there anyway. I loved it! My family and I had a great time and definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a great vacation home in a safe community close to all the great finds in Miami.

Amazing!

We stayed at Kelly's house for eighteen days. Everything is exactly as described - even better! We felt as though we were staying in a five-star hotel. Perfect stay, great communication with owner

Kelly, the owner, communicated with me from beginning to end. She was extremely helpful in planning our first family stay (all adults) in Miami. The villa had everything we needed, just had to shop for groceries. The beds, linens, pillows were all high quality and we slept comfortably. I highly recommend a stay here! The only thing to note is the traffic going to and from South Beach and other locations in Miami. We spent more time in the car going places than anticipated.

Highly recommend the owner and property

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay. The owner was responsive from our initial outreach and interest in the property, and remained responsive and in communication throughout our stay. The owner even reached out following our stay to ensure our family enjoyed the trip. Beyond the owner providing exceptional service, the property is excellent. The location is nearby to both Aventura and Miami Beach. There are a number of parks, activities and restaurants close to the house and within a short drive. The pool overlooking the intercoastal is a wonderful place to relax. The home has plenty of natural light, was impeccably clean and the grounds are well maintained. We would very much welcome the opportunity to stay again.

Could not have been better

From the get go, Kelly was amazing. Pictures sometimes can be misleading but in this case they were understated. Beautiful property, spotless upkeep and terrific location. We spent Xmas here with our children and greand children. They even decorated the home with a beautiful Xmas tree and other ornaments. Pool/patio was perfect for the kids and for the evening cocktails for the grownups. We had absolutely no issued during our stay. We order a pizza one evening and we were outside in the pool and got a text from Kelly advising me our pizza was at the front door. Txs Kelly. We are already talking about our next trip and are hopeful this property will be available.

Amazing home in perfect Miami Beach location

This home has everything you need and centrally located to all activities and attractions. We loved the Miami "chic" feel and tropical paradise patio and pool. We barbecued and hung out several nights. The pool is heated, but we didn't need it. Privacy, great views of passing yachts and lots of entertaining space. The underwater lights at the dock at night were the absolute coolest - huge fish, I think tarpon as well as jacks and snappers. Kids loved fishing on the docks that wraps around the entire inter coastal. Really neat. My wife is VERY picky and really appreciated how new and clean everything was. Elevator was great for luggage. Kelly and Jim gave us great suggestions and were very helpful. We definitely recommend this home.

Perfect Experience!

Our recent stay in North Miami Beach was perfect! Kelly and Jim worked hard to make our experience as enjoyable as it can be. Communication was unbelievable from the moment we decided to stay at their beautiful home, before our arrival, throughout our stay and after. Kelly even customized our long list of attractions, on a short notice, into an amazing personalized guide including tips to save time as well as dining suggestions, which by the way were all excellent! The house, was perfect for our family including a teenager and a younger daughter. The elevator helps tremendously when you have in your party somebody who is not very comfortable taking the stairs. The house is extremely clean and stocked with everything you need for a trip away from home. The outdoor space and the pool are a significant plus, especially in the hot Miami summer days. The view at the water is phenomenal; we really enjoyed watching big fish at nigh gathering by the boat. The location perfect: a quiet, safe, gated neighborhood close to everything (great Sunny Isles Beach, shopping, restaurants), easy access to Miami and Ft. Lauderdale (centrally located and close to the Interstate). Thank you Kelly and Jim for offering us a superb experience. We are already looking forward to come back and spend more time at your wonderful house!

The perfect vacation home!

I can't say enough great things about this house! First of all, the location is perfect. It is just over the bridge from the beach, and minutes away from the grocery, restaurants, shops. It's between Bal Harbour shops and Aventura Mall, so perfect for shopping/restaurants. Having the intracoastal IN the backyard was awesome. We used the supplied fishing equipment multiple times/day. The fishing lights at night made it so much fun to see all the huge fish below us. We loved watching all the huge boats pass by on the way out to the ocean. We found ourselves swimming in the pool way more than going to the beach. The house itself is sparkling clean. It had all the kitchen items we could need, and more. The layout was great, with each bedroom having it's own ensuite bathroom. This way, my kids could unpack their stuff in their own bathrooms. Kelly was so great to deal with. She was so helpful from the time we booked the house, in giving us advice on where to go, where to park, how to get the best beach access, etc. When we got to the house, she called and walked me through all the details we needed to know. (Like the awesome outdoor pool speakers). She had great advice for daytime activities, down to the schedule of doing them (like kayaking to lunch, followed by visiting the sandbar, etc).. Given this vacation was during covid, being in a house vs a hotel was exactly what we needed. We felt very safe and clean, yet still pampered for a very relaxing vacation. Overall if you aren't staying in a hotel ON the beach, this is the only place you should stay! It has everything w/ the ideal location!

The house could be nice but unfortunately the owner is not involved in the overseeing of the house and as a result we had constant issues to deal with. We were at the house for 5 weeks. -The first week there was no internet. -Then starting the 2nd week the pool heater broke and wasn’t fixed until the day we left, 4 weeks later. -The pool umbrella was already broken when we arrived and no one came to replace it with a new one in spite of our requests. - None of the three bedroom TVs worked - The kitchen wasn’t stacked properly: there were only 2 wine glasses for a 6ppl house, there were no salad plates …and so on. We had to go to Home Goods when we arrived to buy a number of items - of note: THE BEDROOM BLINDS ARE SHEER (and one of them was broken). This means that the sun comes through extremely early. If you’re a late sleeper forget it! - we were supposed to have two cleanings included, but the cleaning lady only came once (and when she was there she didn’t want to clean the sheets!) The issue with the property is that the owner is out of state and has no idea what’s going on in the house. After we left, we repeatedly asked the owner to contact us to come to some resolution on what would be a small gesture to compensate us for all the above that went wrong. Of course he went MIA.

Hi Carter. Thank you very much for your response. It was a pleasure having you in our premium vacation rental in gorgeous Sunny Isles, North Miami Beach. Just to note we are very sorry for the inconvenience caused by the pool heater in the end of your stay. The weather was so cold the unit could not keep up with the settings of 90 degrees in 50 degree weather. We were able to order parts and fix the pool immediately. As for the expectations, it is noted to address any personal requests prior to occupancy. Such things as additional supplies are at the renter’s expense. It is a vacation rental. Detergent, paper towels, food tins etc. We do appreciate you very much, and we do take into consideration our expectations of renters. We understand certain things are beyond our control such as the car hitting the cable box on the main inlet which put the wifi out for just under 48 hours. Additionally we had record cold weather which shorted out the circuit board on the pool heater which isn’t supposed to be running under 60 degrees. But it was just over 40 degrees at night and 50 degrees during the day. We love all of our customers. As for everything else the umbrella was your husbands request. We have ordered a new one. Please contact me if you would like to come back. We can accommodate you well especially with any special requests in advance. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Additionally we due appreciate your review. We wish it matched the beautiful residence. Its such a beautiful concrete structure, with breathtaking views, marble floors, gourmet kitchen, elevator, spiraled stair case and more with the outside patios, recreation areas and boat doc direct to the inter-coastal waterway. NO Air Conditioning & Elevator broken

I don’t like to leave negative reviews but I feel obligated to share my experience. I arrived a day before the rest of our family & we noticed that the elevator did not work & it was hot on the 1st floor. We called the owner (Shawn) and he said that was because the Nest thermostats need people to move around to activate the AC.The next day my son & his family arrived & he checked the AC units, he called Shawn & told him it was blowing hot air, Shawn said he would have a guy come out the next day. This was the beginning of a chain of events that spanned our entire trip – everyday it was new AC guys or handymen saying this & that was wrong with the system. They finally diagnosed, new AC handlers were needed & because Shawn didn’t change them when he changed the compressors it fried one of the new compressors. It was inconvenient having people in the house every day, especially for my son who works remotely & had to sit in an 80+ degree house while workers were coming in & out. All of this & it never got fixed for the entirety of our stay, same thing with the elevator. Owner told me he felt bad for the experience & wanted to make it right. He offered us a free stay at the property in the future.I asked for 2 of our 7 day stay to be refunded which he initially refused then agreed to refund 2 1/2 days via Zelle BUT never did. This went on for over a week with different excuses & I felt like it was a stall tactic to prevent me from leaving a review. It’s very unfortunate.

Worth Every Penny!

We had a wonderful time staying at Kelly and Jim’s house this past July. Their house truly has it all, including location, location, location. Did I mention location? Their house sits right on the intercostal, which offers a never-ending assortment of passing boats, both large and small, and all-around amazing views. The views can be equally enjoyed from inside as they can outside. My children enjoyed watching the action taking place on the water from the master bedroom bay window that looks right out at and over the water. It’s also a great place to read a book. I liked fishing at night right off the dock. The water just below the dock is illuminated and attracts all sorts of fish, including tarpon. There’s no need to bring any fishing gear as they have everything you would need. The beach is only a five minute drive from the house. Kelly provided many tips on where to park and how to make the most of our experience, which really reduced the stress that is typically associated with a trip to an unknown area. She also provided us with beach towels. The house itself is modern and offers plenty of space. The kitchen and dining areas are very spacious and appointed with modern appliances. Kelly was kind enough to leave detergent for the dish washer and washing machine. The elevator made bringing our luggage to the top floor a snap. The living room is also spacious and outfitted with comfortable seating, which makes enjoying their artwork while sipping a cocktail that much more pleasurable. I also had a chance to meet a few of the neighbors. All three were very friendly and added to the overall experience. One even took my family and me for a tour of the intercostal. We booked a two hour trip that ended up lasting three hours. The neighbor refused to accept any additional money because he was so happy and proud to show us the beauty of Miami. That it was, and made all the more pleasurable by staying at such an amazing house. Thank you, Jim and Kelly.

Underwhelming

We spent the first day worrying about the safety of our family because the back door of the home would not lock. The owner refused to credit us the one night. Someone came the next morning and fixed the door but took over an hour and wasted more of our time. The pool is extremely small almost the size of a hot tub. The gate by the docks also does not have a lock and people can easily walk right into the property. The upstairs shower water did not get hot in one of the bathrooms. The fire alarm was detached upstairs and hanging from the ceiling. Overall, I was very disappointed. I wish the owner would do the right thing at refund at least one night.

Good house for a stay in Miami

Very nice property and is just as described. Plenty of local amenities close-by (within walking distance or short drive). Shawn, the host, was very responsive. Convenient for both North Miami Beach and Bal Harbour, which are only a short drive away.
