Nice place for families – – swimming pool plus pool table

This is a very large house with many bedrooms and bathrooms serving as a good place for family gatherings. We were there for a wedding at the nearby Curtis mansion. House served our purposes very well.

Antoinette rented the residence bit never showed up. Only her group of pot smoking 21 year reaked havoc on the residence and the city. Police were called by neighbors several times. Noise, drugs, dougnuts in the middle of the street. Dozens of Outside guest showed up to party. Had lots damage at the residence. I would never rent to her ever again. Stay clear!

Nice, quiet house in Miami for large groups.

This house was a great house for a large family to share for several days. With so much to do! Large pool, pool table, two domino tables, arcade, dart board and fire pits. Plenty of outdoor sitting areas. I would highly recommend!

The 10 of us had a great stay. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen and baths well equipped and many activities are offered. The host was quick to respond to questions and had suggestions for activities and restaurants.

Great option for group

Our group of 9 girls fit perfectly here. There’s tons of TVs and games, so we were constantly entertained. Only negatives were that there were quite a few ants and the upstairs gets really hot during the day (but that’s just Florida in summer!)

Easter Break with Friends

This place is fantastic! Rick was very attentive and offered great suggestions for things to do and places to try. We really enjoyed this well-equipped house; he has thought of everything! The house was clean, the beds are very comfortable, and the showers are amazing! We look forward to renting this place again next year!! 5 Stars!!

Spot was nice but advertised as a 7 bedroom property when it was a 6 bedroom property with a bunk bed in one room to make for 7 beds. Luckily one of our group didnt make it down but would like listing accurately listed.

The host was so welcoming and accommodating. He was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. He even gave us restaurant recommendations which was helpful! The pool was wonderful! Since it was February and the water was chilly (69 degrees according to host) we opted to pay the additional fee to heat the pool to 85 degrees and it was great. I didnt realize there would be a fee for that when booking. The listing says there’s a hot tub and it’s shown in the pictures but there is no longer a hot tub. The listing says near the beach however depending on traffic it could take over a hour to get to south beach from this property. These things are minor inconsistencies from the listing and had no major impact on our stay but are worth mentioning in my opinion. There are many activities to keep your group busy like a pool table, fooseball table and darts. The house was clean and everything worked but it is not recently remodeled as the listing might make it seem. Overall we had a great stay and this house met our needs as we were staying in Miami for a family wedding. Rick really adds a great deal of value to this property with his excellent communication and his desire to go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable!

Bachelorette Experience

This location was perfect; 15 minutes from MIA and 20 from downtown Miami and South Beach. Communication with Rick was seamless and efficient. He even dropped off any traps when we were having an ant problem. We did run out of toilet paper and trash bags, and the AC took a while to kick in, but besides that and the ants, it was a perfect stay. Love the house and it fit 12 of us perfectly! The pool was an amazing addition to our stay.

Anna's communication was great. Although they left food everwhere it wasn't that big of a deal. The residence had a dozen toilet paper rolls for her groups weekend trip but I guess that wasn't enough for them so I brought more upon her request. They did a decent job taking care of the residence and I would host them again.

Perfect house for large group

We rented Rick’s place for my husbands 40th birthday and his place was perfect for us and our friends! He had everything our group needed and if they didn’t have it, he offered to get it for us. It’s 30 minutes from Ft. Lauderdale airport (with minimal traffic) and 15 minutes from Miami. I’d suggest renting a car, you will need it to get around. Overall our group had a great trip. The space was perfect for all of us and the backyard/pool area was the best place to relax and hang out! The host was very communicative throughout our entire trip! Thanks for everything, hopefully we’ll be back!
