Newly Renovated UNIT 4C1: This ground floor two-bedroom unit features a kaleidoscope of lively colors!

Seating options are as numerous as the vibrant artwork (painted by the owner) all around. Super functional kitchen is drop-dead gorgeous as well. Bedroom decor is an artist's dream. Flat screen TVs featured in all rooms. In-room safe. King bed in master bedroom; two twin beds in guest bedroom; queen sleeper sofa in living area. Maximum occupancy: 6 people. Flexible scheduling with just a 4-night minimum between May and Mid December (excluding holidays).

Direct gulf-front views from the lanai and master. Ground-floor location is baby steps away from two sandy paths that put you right on the beach. Go right? Go left? All paths lead to our world-famous beach!

The property had easy access to a pleasant beach. Property was clean. However Apartment is in a dated building that resembles a seedy hotel. The rooms and bathrooms are tiny with popcorn ceilings. Mattresses are uncomfortable. Basic items such as hand soap and drinking water are not provided. The pics make unit seem much larger than it is.There are lovely properties for rent in Sanibel, just wish it was easier to tell from pics on VRBO.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a terrific 2 weeks in paradise! Ground floor, ocean front condo. It was newly renovated and very clean. The furniture was very nice, but wish there was a table in the lanai. Also, we would have preferred higher beach chairs. The low ones are so hard to get out of! Almost every other condo had the higher profile chairs. The bathrooms were quite small, although the showers were nice. There just wasn’t any counter space. The only real complaint was that the master bedroom’s mattress was awful! It was WAY too soft and even had “divers” on each side that you kind of rolled into. I often got up and slept on the couch because it was more comfortable. Other than that, the property and management were all fantastic.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a relaxing and fun time. Sanibel is more of a destination where you come to relax. We toured a lot of the island and went to different beaches for sunsets and shells. The island is still recovering from the hurricanes so there are a handful of shops/businesses that are closed. The beauty in this was lack of crowds, very little traffic, no long lines or large spring break crowds. There are a handful of restaurants, cute shops, ice cream, a grocery store, and that's about it. There is no commercialism here. No Starbucks, McD's or fast food. Everything is small business owners run by the locals! Love this. Go out and support them! We loved our condo. Walk right out the back door to the beach. Beautiful views. We even saw dolphins within the beach area. Everything in the condo is nice and new. Plenty of room for 5-6 guests. We also played pickleball and swam in the pool. We have a VRBO in Michigan and some things we think that would have improved our stay: Mirrors in each bedroom so one can do their hair/make-up while others are in the bathroom, a small cooler one can use to go to/from the beach & a few reusable ice packs in the freezer, beach towels, and a few board games/ deck of cards to play at night or when it rains.Our only negative is the king bed. Although new, it is a soft mattress. It is like a marshmallow. If you need a firm mattress like we do, you may end up sleeping on the couch instead. The mattress is also very hot because you sink into it. Overall, we had a great time and would highly recommend this place!
