Beautiful, modern condo!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved Sand Pointe 213! The condo has recently been updated and no detail was missed! The decor is very modern, there is everything you need (except salt & pepper) in the kitchen and a more than generous supply of beach towels, chairs, toys, pool floats, etc. Sand Pointe is a smaller complex so the pool was never busy and parking was super convenient. There's also a nice boardwalk taking you down to the beach. We had one minor issue with the coffee pot and Sanibel Holiday resolved it immediately. I highly recommend this condo if you are looking for a great location and something a bit more upscale.

We too love Sand Pointe 213! So much so, I sought out their dining room light fixture for my own home! Love the modern beachy decor and that the owners have taken the time to stock their unit with everything you could need for the perfect beach vaca! We also love that each and every unit gets covered parking at Sand Pointe, its West Gulf location (great sunset views) and also the unique feature of having a great restaurant (the Sandbar) right next door! We appreciate that you notified us about the coffee pot and knowing just how important a morning cup of Joe can be to our guests our response is immediate! We hope Sanibel stays in your thoughts and you head back our way very soon!

The room was very nice. Expected it to be closer to the beach, though the walk was not bad. Few issues which took the management company a few days to rectify. No sunsets from the resort beach which was disappointing.

Sand Pointe is a great location, easy bike ride to grocery store, shopping and restaurants. The beach is absolutely beautiful and the pool provided hours of swimming and fun for the family. The condo is keyless entry which is wonderful for families coming on and off the beach but not totally sure why it’s necessary to stop at welcome center upon arrival.

I could not have been happier with this condo. So many shells on our beachfront. The view was beautiful and the condo had everything we needed for a great week. Awesome location to walk or bike to shops and restaurants. Lots of beach toys, multiple umbrellas and chairs. We were very pleased with the vacation rental company. Don’t delay and book today.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This Vacation Rental Experience was the very best we have had in a long long time. Check in was a fast and easy. The staff at the Sanibel Holiday greeted us at the door of the office and truly made us feel like they were glad to see us after a long trip. I they explained they rental process in detail and answered all questions and what functions were going on all week in Sanibel. Now the property was gorgeous. Very well maintained and the owner left us a welcome present and note. Unit #213 is exactly like the pictures ..every room was clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was new and modern. The location of this property was close to restaurants and away from the island traffic. The beach was a few steps away. I would definitely rent this property again and recommend this unit to family and friends. Great job by Sanibel Holiday in presenting this property and providing great customer service.

Finally our family getaway!

After two cancelled trips and some sad kiddos - we booked our stay and jumped on a plane yep days later. We (as a family) had never stayed in Sanibel before & can I say it did not disappoint! This unit was beautiful, clean, and in a quiet part of town. We were close to everything. On top of the unit itself the property management staff was OUTSTANDING. I cannot emphasize how outstanding they were. From the welcome kit in the condo, to emails, to calls, to access to their office printers, they were amazing. Their service was amazing. Overall, we’d book this same unit and vacation over and over. I can’t say enough good about this place!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautifully decorated and furnished condo with a great direct view to the gulf. A good West Gulf Dr. location to view both sunrises and sunsets. The condo property is only about 45 units and very quiet. The one negative is that, unlike many condos we've stayed in before, there were none of the extra items you commonly find left behind by prior guests, such as coffee filters, salt and pepper/spices, household cleaners (e.g. for the stovetop). Nor were there any extra trash bags. Just be prepared to pick up all of those items. That being said, we liked the unit so much that we have reserved it again for next year.

I couldn't agree unit is beautifully decorated with wonderful views of the Gulf at a smaller property on West Gulf Drive. Unfortunately Florida statues require us not to leave any food product in the unit (including salt and pepper) due to contamination risks. We also do not provide household cleaners since we could be liable should a child come into contact with them. We do try to be very clear in our confirmation paperwork about what we provide in the Starter Kit so guests can pack accordingly. But we are thrilled to hear you enjoyed the beauty of Sand Pointe and Sanibel and are looking forward to having you as our guests again next year!

We especially liked the beach cart and pool floats. The cart made it very convenient to get to the beach without having to carry everything. We were disappointed that we were not allowed to use the pool after sunset. Overall it was a nice time.

The owners have really gone all out and we are glad you found you had all the extras to make your beach vacation perfect! Unfortunately "No swimming after sunset" is very common among vacation rentals out here on is a rule passed by the individual condo boards and I am sure it is in place to keep the guests safe. We hope you will return to our beautiful island soon!
