Welcome to The Lola - located in Buckhead, Atlanta. A part of the mission of Skinny Black Girl Productions is to provide safe and secure housing for traveling performers and creatives. I canât tell you the struggles and STRESS I went through during auditions and interviews, traveling from DC to NYC, DC to LA, IN LA just trying to find a place to lay my head and get right for the coming auditions or even PERFORMANCES. Imagine opening a show and moving in the same day. Or calling all your friends to try and find a place because you have a LAST MINUTE gig and need housingâŠjust to end up in a hostel where your safety and sanity are definitely compromised. Iâve been there time and time again.
Well, by creating The Lola through Vrbo, I hope to provide some peace and calm on your way to greatness. Itâs the first step in my action plan to provide affordable short term & long term housing for #artists and others in need.
