Family and friends are welcome at Ponderosa Paradise. Built-in 2021/22, our new, single-level home has been crafted with past guest suggestions in mind. Every one of the 6 bedrooms has its own ensuite bathroom and no one has to sleep in a bunk! We doubled up the refrigerator space with 2 indoor fridges and 1 exterior (everyone comes home hungry from the river).

The basketball hoop and concrete pad are all yours, as well as a ping pong table, and a spread of lawn games. Your private pool patio has a cabana kitchen, BBQ pit, ½ bath, covered dining for 29, and a flatscreen tv. You can get even more sporty by breaking out the pool volleyball equipment. To top it all off, you get access to the famous Concan Swimming Hole for the length of your stay, for free!

This place is perfect for families and friends who want to relax on the Frio River and keep playing when they come back to their vacation house.

We went all out on the kitchen conveniences. We know Concan can be a bit “rustic” when it comes to some of the cabins. This is not that house.

****There is NO gate/fence between the backdoor of the house and the pool area. Fence encloses the outdoor space. Please do not let children outside unsupervised.****

Don’t know what to bring with you? We have a checklist we are happy to provide once you book!
Pets are NOT ALLOWED. Any pet found on the property will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and immediate eviction with no refund. The same policy applies to smoking in the home. Please don't make us have to enforce these!
*This property is equipped with outdoor surveillance
cameras that are actively recording and monitoring the property to prevent
vandalism. Footage may be used in the event that there is damage or theft. Any tampering or damage caused to the outdoor surveillance cameras by guest(s) will result in additional charges. *
- Pillows, bed sheets, and light bed covers are
provided.
- Towels are NOT provided.
- Any additional toiletries after the initial supply
is the responsibility of the renter.
- Customers must bring their own trash bags,
additional toilet paper, paper towels.
- Families preferred, no parties, and renter must be
at least 25 years of age.
