Beautiful and spacious home with a pool in the Heartstone Subdivision

Driftwood is an amazing home in the Heartstone Subdivision. It offers an open concept kitchen/living room with five bedrooms and four bathrooms. With large rooms, this home can accommodate 26 people without the feeling of being cramped. The outside offers a great pool that is fenced in for your safety. It has a large covered porch with plenty of sitting for your family with several large picnic tables. It offers horseshoes and volleyball for your entertainment when not on the river.

Family Thanksgiving

Beautiful Home & Setting! Nicole was awesome and found us another home that had a working hot tub. Home sleeps 26 but only had dishes, forks, coffee cups for 14. Nicole would have made that work for us BUT the hot tub was the killer. If you have 14 or less and don't care if the hot tub works, it is a beautiful place to stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I believe this is our fourth or 5th year staying at Driftwood. Frio family get away. Personnel are amazing. The house perfect set up the kids love it. The adults love it. You're close to the river and there's actually two access points to get in the river. I highly recommend this property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed at this property since it originated on 2016. This is our 3rd time to stay at Driftwood. The furniture in the living room, bedding, and shower rugs needs to be replaced. Some of the kitchen items need updating, as well. Overall, we enjoyed the house! Great location and reasonably priced.

Eclipse trip

Family and friends gather to watch the eclipse in Concan, Texas. Although the eclipse itself was a bust, we thought that the rental house was great and had wonderful time swimming in the pool and the nearby Frio River. The house was bigger than we expected and everyone had plenty of room to spread out. Management was very responsive, especially for a few minor issues that we found on our first night. We did find a few dishes in the cabinets that were not washed well (We suspect the dishwasher) , But it was no big deal at all. Concan is a bit out of the way for us and we don't know if we'll ever be back in the area, but we would recommend this rental to family and friends.
