As a 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bath craftsman style home in the up and coming neighborhood of Norwood, you will fall in love with this lovely home as soon as you walk through the door. There is plenty of room for your group with an open layout. With lots of windows that provide tons of natural lighting throughout the home, you'll love the warm and airy feeling in the home.

Home is located in the historic Norwood community. Just minutes from Top golf, Uptown District and the New Protective stadium ( home to UAB football.) There are plenty of older large homes in the area with many having recent renovation with others still being updated.

The entire home, excluding the locked owners closet in the master bedroom is available to you.

Our home is a great place to kick back and hang out while in Birmingham. You are close to all the recent local attractions such as the new Protective Stadium (home to UAB football), TopGolf, the BJCC, and the Uptown Districts that feature many local restaurants.
