Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath nestled in a world of its own. Decorated with you in mind. R. S Hideaway sleeps 8 people making it a Birmingham stay for family & friends. R. S. H. is a 5 min. ride from Birmingham-Shuttlesworth Airport, 10 min. ride to Downtown Birmingham and a 15 min. drive to shopping at the Outlet Mall, while enjoying the activities and events in the Birmingham area. We look forward to hosting you and your guest @ R. S Hideaway 😊R. S. Hideaway is very comfortable and relaxing with plenty of room to just lounge and chill while watching TV, surfing on your laptop or just reading a book. Restaurants are minutes away or you can just door dash or Uber your favorite meal without stepping a foot out of the house. Guest have access to the entire house except the garage area. We put a lot of TLC in R. S. HIDEAWAY so we hope you enjoy your stay with Love 💞

Unfinished business

Check in was great, house accommodations were good, however upon doing our checkin walk theough, we noticed 3 out of the 4 beds were not properly made, missing a sheet. Property manger was notified and they were prompt with getting someone out to correct it but on our timeframe. However also during walk through a closet door was broken in a spare room. I was also notified thatRoofers wouod be showing up to repair the roof. They were there all day and still whwn we returned so we had to listen to the extremely loud hammering and nailing on the roof. Then later that night we had a huge leak in the master bathroom, where they "repaired" the leak earlier in day. Property manager notified, i asked for someone not to be sent out due to ot being 9pm and myself and guests were in bed and getting ready for bed and we didnt want to listen to them banging on roof while trying to sleep. They still showed up and banged around. We had no extra towels, blankets, not even paper towels to contain the mess. When i addressed it they said housekeeping would bring some by the next day. So they brought brand new towels in a trash bag with tags still on, expecting us to wash them and no extra paper towels. While i understand things happen out of our control, however i made this reservation months in advance and it was extremely poor timing to have a major repair done while you have guests in the house. There was also an extremely annoying and imposing porch light on the back patio you couldnt turn

Bham weekend

The bath towels are soft and you’d think they would be great but they are terrible!!! Do not absorb any moisture at all. Bedroom with bathroom-at night the sensor light kept going on and off all night. Black out shade is definitely necessary

Birmingham for an early family Christmas

House is in a great location for our needs. Clean, updated, comfortable furnishings. Two bedrooms with Queen beds and third bedroom had a full over full bunk bed. Smart TV's in all the rooms, great sectional sofa to relax on at the end of the day. Absolutely worth the .

Very spacious and nice place

We really enjoyed the cleanliness, spaciousness and updated features of this property. Everything you needed was there. All good, just know that you have to climb a large amount of steps to get to the front door. Which is really the only door to come in and out of. Otherwise it’s very well maintained and the host was very good with communication.
