Welcome to your private retreat in a beautifully renovated Victorian home. Enter through the garden gate and follow the charming path to a raised porch overlooking the lush rear yard. Double French doors open into this inviting 1,250 sq. ft. split-level residence. This property is ideal for two adults long term and can sleep an occasional guest or two.

On arrival, enjoy a welcome bottle of wine to help you settle in. The main level features a fully equipped modern kitchenette and a cozy family room with a large-screen TV. A queen-size sofa bed, spacious bathroom with mirrored vanity, and walk-in shower are also on this level. This lower floor can be closed off to create a private ensuite bedroom.

Upstairs, you’ll find a versatile home office/family room equipped with a printer, light office supplies, and another large-screen TV. Also in this area is a fold-down sofa sleeper, plus full size sleeper sofa, for occasional over night visiting guests. Off this area is the primary king suite with a walk-in closet and a full bath featuring a walk-in shower.

This bright, stylish home comfortably accommodates 2 adults, and with two sleeper sofas can accommodate an occasional guest or two, this home features:

I loved my stay here. Very clean well kept property. We ended up extending our stay because we enjoyed this spot. Definetly would recommend for anyone planning a trip to Napa.

Nice place, highly recommend

We stayed for about 60 days. Very convenient to downtown. Quite place to stay. Lots of space for a home office that we used. Clean spaces. Communication with owner was great.

Napa rental

The rental was in a great location, we were able to walk to restaurants and the downtown area. The backyard was beautiful and the house had everything we needed. The king bed was very comfortable, the upstairs couch was not too comfortable. Overall a very good rental.

Excellent home, location and host!!

I really enjoyed my stay - only wished I could have stayed longer! The home tastefully decorated, plenty of space & well stocked with anything you could possibly need. Great backyard to hang out in and enjoy a glass of wine. Excellent location that is super walkable to top restaurants and wine bars. Denee was an awesome host with great communication & care for the guest experience. Highly recommend!!

Perfect Napa location!

The rental was beautiful, clean, well equipped and the location was in a great neighborhood in downtown Napa. It’s the back unit of a house with private entrance, so we felt like we were in our own little world. We stayed over a month and became familiar with the area walking every day. No need for Uber! Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Went up valley to vineyards and south to San Francisco on day trips. Master bedroom is spacious and comfy upstairs. Used pull out couch downstairs a few nights and it was ok with the egg carton foam supplied. Denee the property manager was very responsive. We would like to return!

We love dogs! Meet Giuseppe and Franklin, as well as their owners, Denee and Peter. There is nothing like the country setting of Carriage House on Coombs, yet the city feel of strolling for coffee in the morning, live music at a local club, or walking to dinner after sipping world class Napa wines. Walk to the Oxbow Market or Bottle Rock. Downtown Napa has it all, it’s where the action is, while enjoying a country feel.
