Fantastic host, excellent location and property! We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone coming to Cincinnati for a visit. We parked the car on Friday and didn't need it again until we left on Sunday. There were so much to do in walking distance and the streetcar made getting down to the Banks a breeze. The owners were incredibly thoughtful and have attended to every detail to ensure a perfect stay for their guests!

Somaly was fantastic to deal with. The check-in procedure was perfect, the apartment was in fantastic condition, & perfect for the 2 of us. The location in the OTR neighborhood was great with everything within a 10-minute walk. Somaly gave us a ton of terrific recommendations...many of which we enjoyed. The parking is simple and just a block away.

The apartment is easy to find and access. Parking is not far away in a very large underground public parking garage. Everything worked really well except getting out of the parking garage using the parking pass
 seems like it was expired or something
. The owner didn’t respond to my urgent message
. I was stuck in the exit lane for around 15 minutes till some nice attendant let me out.

Great apartment in an excellent location

We spent one night in this great apartment and it was everything we were looking for. Very close to the restaurants of OTR and a quiet and safe building. The host left plenty of snacks, water and other items to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Highly recommended.

Mixed Up Listing

The listing stated a 2 bedroom, but it was a 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a full air mattress. There was a parking card that went missing but reimbursement of parking has been promised. It’s a nice property, but only a 1 bedroom. The listing was promised to be updated to accuracy. Very clean and quiet.

My girlfriend and I have stayed in this condo twice in the last 5 months. It's everything you could possibly want. The location is awesome, within walking distance to all the restaurants and bars. The unit is immaculately clean, well appointed, and stocked with great coffee and snacks 100% will be renting it again for our next visit

Property is as described. So clean and fresh smelling. Comfortable bed and set up like a hotel with shower supplies and extra toiletries. Host is responsive and full of suggestions for activities and dining. Great Stay!

I Would highly recommend this flat. Well maintained with all the extra touches to make your stay comfortable. Walkable to so many restaurants, bars, shops and Findlay Market. The free trolley is 2 blocks away. Spacious and very clean. Included a small basket of snacks, which was a nice touch. Another basket of toiletry items, in case you forgot something. Comfortable bed. Quiet location. Only thing I would change is the bedroom, even with the blinds drawn, is not very dark due to the street lights. Host is very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Cincy sports weekend

Great property and great location. OTR neighbor full of great restaurants and bars. Cincinnati connector made trips to Paycor and GABP a breeze. Will definitely stay again next time in Cincinnati

Fabulous stay in OTR!

We came to Cincinnati for a conference and had a great stay in Somaly’s condo! The condo was so comfortable (especially the bed) and had so many thoughtful extras - like coffee, snacks and even a few toiletries (like dental floss I forgot to pack!) - and was a great home away from home for our few days stay. The location was an easy to walk to and from the convention center each day, or to grab the street car from to go a little farther. And having access to a parking permit and the garage made the trip even better! Somaly was so friendly and easy to work with, gave us some great recommendations for restaurants nearby and his directions for access to the building, condo and garage were spot on and easy to follow. This is definitely one of our favorite places on our vacation rental list and we’d love to stay here again if we are back in Cincinnati.

In The Heart of OTR

Street access was a bit tricky to first figure out due to all one-way streets, some closed to traffic, but easily found once you know the area. Perfect little apartment within walking distance of everything - restaurants, retail, park, Kroger, street car stop, parking garage/lots, market, etc. Any supplies you might need were provided and bed was super comfy. Only suggestions would be having a dresser in the bedroom and blinds in the living room area that cover all of the windows (spaces at bottom & top are open.) Highly recommend this 2nd floor apartment for a great stay in Cincy!

Would rebook in a heartbeat

I’ve been using VRBO for short and long stays for quite a while now and this rental by far exceeded any rental experience to date, especially with regards to the little details and extras provided by the host. The location was perfect and I will definitely book again when we are in the area.

Location and Cleanliness

This condo is in the heart of OTR. We had access to so many places to eat and shop, all within walking distance. Overnight parking was 1.5 blocks away but was easy to get in and out of. The host was very informative and helpful about the whole checkin process. Blink festival was going on during our stay which could have impacted our accessibility to the parking garage, something the property owner had no control of. We were informed in advance parking might be a little tricky but it never was a problem. This by far was my favorite place to stay on VRBO. The condo was OCD clean and accommodating. Worth every penny!

Walkable, Clean, and Free Parking!

My husband and two young kids (one a baby) stayed overnight for a quick trip to see the Newport Aquarium. We wanted a location where walking to restaurants, a park, and Findlay Market was possible and this fit the bill! We were so grateful for the included underground parking garage spot, as well as snacks and other necessities (eye mask, earplugs, coffee, tea, etc) that Somaly made available upon our arrival. Many details that make a VRBO stay more comfortable were considered. The communication was wonderful and the check in/out instructions were easy to follow and accurate. Pictures are extremely accurate as well. I even loved that we could use the walk-in closet to house our baby and his pack n play so that he was close to us but in a separate area. We had a great time and really enjoyed our short stay in Cincinnati!

Great place and Amazing Host

My friends and I stayed at this beautiful condo in OTR for a weekend. The condo was super clean, perfect location, and Somaly was a great host. If you are looking for a place to stay in OTR that you can walk to restaurants, shopping, and night life then look no further. I look forward to staying here again!
