Small, clean cottage in nice safe neighborhood. We had no need to speak with property manager, property was as described. Stayed a week with my sister.

It was a very nice and clean and the area was quite. I did notice that the back yard needed to be cut and could use some TLC.

Convenient near to everything

Location was great. Found it close all the events we were attending while we were in Denham Springs. Everything was well stocked in the house including towels coffee and etc. overall we had a good time.

The house was very clean, centrally located on a quite little street! There was plenty of towels, essential for the bathroom and the kitchen had everything you needed!! Would stay again...

Great Denham Springs cottage

I really enjoyed this remodeled little cottage they did a very good job. The home was very clean and I had everything I needed. I enjoyed listening to the birds in the morning and watching all the squirrels run through the trees. It was close to everything I needed so I didn’t have to drive much. I would love to stay here again someday.

Clean and Good Location

Everything seemed to be new & was very clean. We needed 3 separate rooms, so it was perfect for us. We did have a couple of questions after we arrived. She was very responsive as well as accommodating to our needs. It is a good location to downtown Denham Springs for the small store shopping. Also close to the main highways. We would definitely stay there again.

So Very Clean!

This is one of the better rentals we have stayed in: comfy bed, well equipped kitchen, all the house supplies we needed. We even booked for another stay while we were there. And did I mention clean? I do think the living room sofa and chair might need to be replaced. An extra comfortable chair would be welcome also. All in all, great rental we look forward to visiting again.

Peeking Tom

First night there we had a peeking tom. We called the police, because it was very late we the police officers patrol the area and would shine the light in the window each time. I was traveling with my 84 year old mother and sister my mom fail out of bed because of the screaming. We moved to another property the next day. Lovely home however the second day in that home while doing towels in the dryer it started smoking so bad we hd to put mon in the car and we called the fire department and called the owner they came out and purchased a new dryer .

A Traveler’s Dream Oasis

This beautifully decorated home stands out with its hardwood floors and well appointed gourmet kitchen featuring granite countertops and modern appliances.The coffee maker has a reusable filter and coffee was even provided!Our haven was meticulously clean and soothing with a muted color scheme.Located on a green, tree lined street, the neighborhood is quiet, safe and close to all conveniences and the major highways. We commuted between Baton Rouge and New Orleans with ease!Rosalia is the perfect hostess and promptly communicated with us. Her home offers in abundance what every traveler most prizes from hot shower water, thick fluffy white towels ,the most comfortable beds and pillows, a large smart tv in the living room and a tv in a bedroom, large closets in each bedroom with hangers, a cute and relaxing living room and a lovely dining room and bathroom too! If you choose to cook outside there’s a family sized grill. Right around the corner Randazzo’s Italian Market has the most delicious dishes and 20 minutes away Parrain’s has the best seafood!During the hot days the perfectly performing central air and ceiling fans kept us cool!This was the perfect base from which to explore all that Louisiana has to offer especially during Jazz Fest week! What a find!!

Lackluster

The house was as advertised and filled our short term needs. I'm going to preface my remarks that they come from one vacation/rental home owner to another. Curb appeal and appearance are important. The following are our suggestions/criticisms to make your home more rentable and enjoyable: Being greeted by dead plants and garden hoses strewn about, along with open sheds and tools laying about is not a good idea. The house lacks accoutrements as follows: Bathroom- no towel bar(s); no shelves for toiletries; only 2 rolls of tp provided for 3 people for 3 days; no bathmats; the sink bowl is too big for the vanity and eliminates all the space around it to lay things; he door squeaks loudly; no hand soap provided. Kitchen: although the house sleeps six, there was only utensils for four; four person table with only 4 seats; no foil or saran wrap or storage plasticware; bare necessities for cooking but no cutting board; only 4 sets of dishes; no bowls, platters, baking pans. Bedrooms: No dressers or dressing chairs; no extra blankets; only one nightstand per bed; no room darkeners; no mirrors in the rooms. House: should have a front door coded lock system. Only a single key was provided, which is easily lost and it must be retrieved from a back door lock box that has no light over it; The wood floor looks nice but is uneven in spots. When walking barefoot you can feel joints and some nails. We mention these things because vacationers want to enter the house with some groceries and not have to worry about looking for the stuff mentioned above. They want a relaxing experience. Overall our stay was pleasant, the house was clean with plenty of towels and the price was right.

Perfect little house

We brought my husband’s mother to visit our son who was living in Baton Rouge. The house was perfect for us. It was small and very neat and my mother in law said it reminded her of the house she grew up in. We were able to have some good visits with our boy and play some cut throat card games together. I do wish the yard had been mowed, but I understand the weather may have kept that from happening.

Decent and convenient place

This place was decent and convenient. It was a 20-30 minute drive to LSU. Oddly enough it was a perfect location if going to a LSU game. You didn’t have to sit forever in traffic. It was pretty simple place: no washer/dryer, one bathroom, one television. There was a lot of road noise but you can drown it out by turning on the AC. It was convenient to restaurants and shopping. The only issue was the floor. There were nails that were not drilled all the way in. Our Socks kept getting hung up, my son tore two pair of his and it caused minor injury to my ex husband and son’s feet. I’d recommend the property owner go over the floor. Other than that no other issues.

Nice and Cutee little house

Nice location but the house was raining inside the kitchen onto our food and dinning room. We had to use towels and a pan to stop water.
