I give it four stars becauseYou have restricted access on what you can view on the television and I was not able to log into my own Netflix/ Prime Video and I felt a little uneasy being monitor by video cameras not for sure if the camera was inside the house or not but everything else about the property was great

House was absolutely as pictured; stunning, clean and well appointed. We travelled from New Jersey to drop our daughter to LSU. It was a great location and very comfortable. Close to shopping and restaurants but located in a very quiet neighborhood. Mike was very easy to book with and quick with responding. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Baton Rouge and we would stay again! Thanks Mike!!!

Roomy, modern, worth the stay!

Great property. Modern with all of the amenities needed. Only issue was no ceiling fans in the non primary bedrooms. There was small flying cockroach in the kitchen. The home as a whole was very clean and quiet. Very nice stay.

A wonderful property on one level. Quiet neighborhood and a man made lake thru the back patio. The attached two car garage was a bonus also. Every room has attention to detail. Extremely satisfied with everything and everyone else will be as well.

Great House For a Family

Great house for a family! We were in town to go to the football game and visit family, and the house is in a great location for getting around Baton Rouge.

Excellent choice

My family stayed here for a family wedding in town and it had all the room we needed with comfortable couches and room to play on the floor. The closet in the master is practically another room. There was plenty of space to spread out and everyone had their own bathroom to get ready. Would highly recommend.

Very nice property. Relaxing updated property. Pool was not open when we stayed around Mid May. Wish the dining table was bigger so family could sit around to eat and play games on it.Overall very satisfied with the property.

Wedding Day

This home was absolutely stunning. We rented to have a place for my daughter’s bridesmaids to get dressed for her wedding. Very spacious and clean. Our host was very responsive to our requests and questions. Perfect home for our needs!

Outstanding!

This was my first time booking with Vrbo, and it was a great experience. My family and I traveled from California for our yearly church convention in Baton Rouge, and Mike was an excellent host—responsive and attentive to our needs. The house was modern, clean, and spacious, with all the listed amenities providing a comfortable ‘home away from home’ feel. The neighborhood was friendly and perfect for morning and evening walks. I highly recommend this home! If it’s available next year, I will definitely be booking again.

The home is beautiful. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. In transparency, I was concerned as I’ve never stayed in a VRBO in the city, much less a suburban neighborhood, but was very pleased. The only feedback I have is compared to other VRBO stays, I expected there to be more: - paper towels - only a partial roll, we bought more- trash bags - there were only 2 plus one in can on arrival. Not enough for a 4 night stay of 6 adults cooking 2-3 meals a day, etc.- towels (Master) - only 3 bath, 2 face, 4 hand. I don’t prefer to do laundry on such a short trip unless necessary. - extra linens / throw blankets - plenty of pillows but nothing else. Wanted blankets to curl up and have movie night on sofa. Fun Idea for curious travelers - add to signs on patio: Are there alligators in the lake behind house? I think my family thought they saw 10! Lol Mike was a very responsive host and I appreciated the prompt and clear communications. I would definitely rebook this home if ever back in Baton Rouge (DESPITE THE TRAFFIC IN THAT TOWN IS CRAZY!!!).
