Perdido Bay 4BR Waterfront House WITH A DOCK AND WHITE SANDS IN THE BACKYARD!

Relax with the whole family in this tranquil and beautiful waterfront home seated on the magnificent Perdido Bay. This newly remodeled home offers something for everyone from a custom kitchen and oversized rooms to an outdoor deck and patio with views of Perdido Bay. We just had a new DOCK with steps to the bay put in including white sand in the backyard. If you're an adventure seeker, you can enjoy deep sea fishing, paddle boarding or combing the nearby beaches including Johnson beach, Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. Three paddleboards are included in the rental. 10 miles from Orange Beach Alabama and 2 miles from Gulf Shores beaches. Boat ramp is 1 minute from the house.

Amanda was a great host. She was very flexible when I needed to bring 2 puppies on the trip. She didn’t charge us extra for having pets.

Just an absolutely perfect home and view of Perdido Bay! It exceeded our expectations. Right on the bay, the house is beautiful and perfectly laid out. The best, to us, is the kitchen and den upstairs overlooking the water with an amazing view! Boat launch less than 1 minute from the home so we brought our boat and had easy access to launch, skiing, fishing, and the beautiful waterways in the area. We will certainly be back!

Wonderful!

We loved this house! The location was fantastic and close to the Navy base, where we spent the first two nights of our vacation, for a family retirement. It was an easy drive over and Michelle was nice enough to let us check in early, which made things so much easier! The house was well stocked and the kids had a blast fishing, paddle boarding, and catching crabs in the bay. The view was amazing and we saw tons of dolphins during our stay, which was so fun. Publix and Winn Dixie are a short drive away for anything you need. We were there on the 4th of July and saw so many amazing fireworks right from the yard. It was perfect. I highly recommend this home and would consider returning in the future. Thank you, Michelle!

Getaway

Interior of house was clean and fresh. It met the needs of our family. The location of being on the water was lovely. We spent a lot of time on deck with the fire pit in the evenings. The view was beautiful and peaceful. We didn’t have to contact the host for anything during the stay. The listing is accurate.

Wonderful home

We loved this property! My family stayed here for 9 days and loved it. The view is amazing! The water is very calm in the evenings and we loved using the paddleboards that came with the house. So fun! The gas fireplace on the deck was wonderful for chilly mornings. The kitchen is well stocked. The neighborhood is very quiet and felt very safe. I did take one star away on the cleaning part because the floors turned all of our feet black. I ended up mopping and that solved the problem. I have noticed that this is a very common problem in other places that we have stayed in the area in the past. But other than that, we absolutely loved this house and would rent it again. The owner is great to deal with. Communication was easy and she is very friendly. I highly recommend this property.

Best Place Ever

We loved our stay at this house! It was clean, the location was fantastic, it was private, it was comfortable, the little beach out back was so much fun for the kids and adults alike. The host was just as fantastic, easy to get in touch with, fast replies, very welcoming! We will book this place again and again for our fall trips!

Family Vacay

Great house! Everything needed to enjoy a trip at the beach. We had 9 in our party, and there was plenty of room! The house was bigger in person than the pictures appear. And the rooms were HUGE! The stairs weren’t a big deal
my 93yr old dad & 67yr old mom managed them fine! We caught so many fish off the pier & watched dolphins multiple times each day from the balcony. The host was super nice & extra accommodating. Highly, highly recommend!!

Family vacation

Was perfect for our family!)! Plenty of room for our 14 people. Will possibly stay again soon. The bay was amazing. The kids had a blast. The furniture needs updating our cleaned. Didn't like the extra charge for the extra guest over 5. $900. Was a little excessive!

Fabulous Family Stay

The property was spacious & very well kept. We had a group of 14 stay, grandparents on their 70s down to great-grandchildren. Ever single one of us had a great time. The accessibility of the bay was lovely, we enjoyed paddle boarding, swimming, floating & fishing. Beach access was just a short drive to Perdido. The Blue Angels were on town & we saw them several times while at the property. There are eating establishments nearby, or a short drive to Gulf Shores. Basic supplies are also easily available, blocks away from Publix, Aldi & other stores. We used Instacart for our food & received everything super quick. The owners of the property were quick to respond to any questions or concerns, & were very on top of taking care of issues at the property. We have had a family vacation at the beach for many many years & this was definitely a top 5 location.

Beautiful home with awesome view of yhe bay.

We had a large group and the house was very spacious. We didnt do much cooking mostly breakfast but they had a very well stocked kitchen. The bay was great the teens loved the paddle boards. The kids enjoyed playing in the bay. Very close to restraunts and shopping. Would definitely rent again

Lovely

The kitchen was very well stocked if you're cooking while you're there, everything was clean as long as you don't look under furniture. The stairs can bother you if you have any kind of back or knee problems. The fire pit and grill would've been nice if we could've gotten it to work, the propane tank seemed to have plenty of fuel in it but wouldn't light, we have a lot of experience with propane. There isn't much for kids to do while there, they should add a pool table or something like that for kiddos. Over all, it was a very nice place to stay for adults. If we were younger we would definitely stay here again but unfortunately the stairs are just to much on my husbands knee and it was starting to take a toll on my back.

Just What We Needed!

The home is beautiful and well laid-out, with the main living areas and master bedroom on the second level. Beautiful views in a quiet neighborhood, close to local restaurants (our favorite) and the beaches. The property is slightly tired and could use a bit of loving, but overall, we would certainly return. Thanks to the owners for making it available on short notice!
