Our property is located in a beautiful, horse-country setting with abundant wildlife and incredible sunsets, approximately 15 minutes from downtown Fayetteville. We live in the main residence, and offer one of our Guest Bedrooms with an adjoining private bath, as displayed in the photos attached. Guests also have use of the 80' x 14' back deck with Sunken Hot Tub and our new relaxing gazebo with additional sitting area, firepit, to enjoy cocktails and the incredible sunsets.
In addition, we can offer as an upgrade, as an option; our newly built, "Genesis Country Cottage" furnished with many wonderful antiques, and original art works. The Cottage is approx. 14ft. x 36ft. with 9ft. ceilings, and lined with solid rustic Cedar walls. Private Bath in the Main House.
The Cottage is totally private and offers many amenities such as: a private entrance, an enclosed patio, with outdoor seating and dining, gas grill and wood firepit, adjacent reserved parking, and is approximately 100' feet from the main residence.
The Cottage offers: HD Smart TV with HD Sound System, includes; High Speed Mesh WI-FI, Cable and Hulu, Prime Video, HBO, Apple TV, and a large selection of DVD's movies available upon request.
