Luxurious and Cozy 4-Bedroom Chalet in Arrowhead Lake!

Luxurious and Spotless Chalet in Arrowhead offers to suit your experience both on the lake and in the mountain!

From polished wood flooring and decorative rugs, rustic French flair, a newly installed foosball table, and two refrigerators for big family needs, down to stocked games for all, crystal glasses, and cozy fireplaces, this is where luxury and comfort combine!

Arrowhead is a gated community and charges temporary membership fees to help keep the community's private roads in good shape, to run great events for families, and to keep up the amenities. Please understand that these charges are not made by us but by the community to keep everything in tip-top shape. Please make sure to read "Other things to note" below for specific details before booking.

And now for the fun stuff!

★THE HOME★

The House was recently renovated and is in the best care! We can't wait to host you year round! It's impeccably clean as well.

Dining Room - The dining room seats 6, and the kitchen tables nearby can seat 4 (perfect for kids). The patio area can seat 6 as well.

Kitchen - This fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to make meals for your family and friends. Spices, tea, and coffee are provided, along with sugar, salt, oil, and the like. Large appliances include a coffee maker, pans and pots, and a toaster. Additionally, you have access to a blender, a hand mixer and an electric kettle. All utensils are also included, along with plates, cups, bowls, etc.

Living room - This is the perfect place to gather and to build a fire in our fire place. Wood and fire starter logs are provided! Let air in and then light the fire starter and Voila, you have the perfect cozy fire. Here you will also find a variety of board games, cards and cozy blankets. You will also find a television and an (extremely) comfortable living room sofa. Especially great for the kids is the warm, soft carpet flooring. We also provide a blowout King sized mattress for extra comfort and convenience.

Game room - In the Game room, you will find a high-end foosball table, a high-end air hockey table, a cozy Ottoman rug, a sofa to relax on, and a second fire place! Great for kids to unwind with an Amazon Fire TV!

Fire pit - Wood is provided for the outdoor fire pit. Roast marshmallows or tell amazing stories of the adventure days.

Master bedroom - In the Master bedroom on the second floor, we would like you to slide into the luxurious sheets and comfortable bed and enjoy a refreshing sleep. This room has a queen bed. Enjoy a warm and cozy evening with a book.

Bedroom 1 - This bedroom has a queen bed. Enjoy the view from your room as you look at the living room from above!

Bedroom 2 - This room with a queen bed is on the first floor of the house, comfortably set next to the living room. Windows bring ample light and you can see the sun shining in the morning. Really pleasant on the eyes and ears.

Bedroom 3 - This perfect, cozy room with two single beds is perfect for kids, as they can room together in the coziness of the second floor!

Patio - This area is wonderful to relax in and to play games. Many people also love to have breakfast and lunch out in the fresh air.

All linens and towels are provided. Everything is tip-top clean and COVID disinfected to comply with all health requirements! We are clean freaks and believe all our guests are too :)

There is a working grill for you to enjoy, along with two refrigerators. There is also a washer/dryer available for your use! We try to keep in mind that large families will need these amenities during their stay.

Arrowhead Lake and North Arrowhead Lake are two of the most valuable assets to our community. Both Lakes are the centerpiece of our summer and winter recreational activities and support:
-Boating
-Fishing (with a Fishing License)
-Swimming in the Lake.

★Beaches & Playgrounds★

Beach 1: Located on Arrowhead Drive past the Main Gate
Beach 2: Located on the corner of Lake Shore Drive & Squaw Trail
Beach 3: Located on Arrowhead Drive between Honovi & Towanda Trail
Beach 4: Located on North Arrow Drive, between Pontiac Path & Cresco Drive
All of Arrowhead Lakes Beaches have playgrounds, and roped off swimming areas.

★Lodge★
Winter Hours- Until March 1

Sunday – Thursday: 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Friday & Saturday: 10 a.m. – 10 p.m.

★Pools★
All pools are open during the warmer seasons!

1) Choctaw Pool
Located on the Corner of Choctaw & Wyomissing Drive. This pool is heated with a baby pool.

2) Island Pool
Located off Trout Creek Drive. Heated, zero entry (handicapped accessible) pool. Baby pool has child friendly water features. Aquatic wheelchair is available. Please, ask a lifeguard for assistance!

3) Minisink Pool
Located on the corner of Minisink & Moshannon Drive. This pool is heated with a diving board and heated baby pool.

★Rental Shack★
The Rental Shack is open during the warmer seasons.

Canoes, Kayaks and Paddleboards, and Bikes will be available to rent for a 2-hour time period. There will be no daily or weekly rentals. Cash only will be accepted for the rentals (cost is $20), along with a signed waiver. Last Rental will go out at 3:30pm.

★Center Lower Level★
Hours of operation are 10am-10pm daily.

This area has vending machines, air hockey, pool tables, ping pong, television, board games, books, and more! Be sure to check out all the photos from around the lake! JUST ADDED: Claw Machine, $1 per play. New to the lower level is Giant Connect 4!

★Parking is pretty much available everywhere!★

★ Year Round Fees - Included into your Airbnb Final Price ★
There is a $6 membership fee for each person over 6 (Mandatory) +$20 key card fee per vehicle+ $35 rental registration fee. (We assume you will be driving 2 vehicles. Any additional vehicles will require an additional $20 charge via the booking platform app).

For every child under the age of 6 included in your reservation, we will refund you via the Airbnb app $6 per child per day.

★ You may enter the community the day of arrival at any time to use the amenities, but the house will not be available until 4pm. Wristbands must be worn while using any community amenities.★

★ REGISTRATION INFORMATION ★
Please note that in order enter the gated community, Arrowhead charges additional rental fees that we have baked into our pricing. This grants you temporary membership and allows you to take advantage of all the amenities Arrowhead Lake has to offer.

That said, please ensure you have the correct number of guests listed under your reservation.

Take a look at the break down and we are happy to answer any questions! Again, these are already baked into your final price, but we want to provide the breakdown for transparency sake.

★ REGISTRATION STEPS ★
After booking, we will promptly message you via Airbnb, asking for:
1) the number of guests age 6 and up
2) the number of total guests
3) the number of cars
4) the license plate and model of each car
5) if there are more than two cars, we will request $20 per car via the Airbnb app.

PLEASE NOTE: this information must be provided to us no later than 3 days prior to arrival to ensure proper registration with the community. Again, we handle all of the nitty gritty stuff ourselves; we just need the information to do so! :-)

★ Minimum Age Requirement ★

Please note - prior to booking there is 21 years of age minimum requirement and must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

★ Pet Policy ★
This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500.

★ Smoking Policy ★
No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 penalty fee.
