During the months of November to the end of January, the home is decorated like Santa's Wonderland. The items will be sanitized between guests stays. Celebrate with family and friends in this cozy home.



Cozy home located close to the Mesquite Rodeo, Mesquite convention center, 20 minutes from Dallas, 20 minutes from Lake Ray Hubbard, 20 minutes from State Fair, 40 minutes from Cowboys Stadium and Texas Rangers Ballpark, 25 Minutes from Dallas Mavericks/Stars American Airlines Arena. The house has three bedrooms and 2 full baths. Premium hybrid mattresses on each bed, with soft, breathable bedding. Bathrooms have full sized shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Premium bath towels and wash cloths are provided. Pool towels are provided for 8 guests. The kitchen is fully stocked with all you need to cook with. There is a toaster oven, blender, pots, pans, knives, cutting boards,and a tea pot. We have a fully stocked coffee and tea bar for your enjoyment. The outside has a large pool that is 8ft on one end and 4ft on the other. It does not have a safety gate or life guard. Please use caution and safety when swimming. We have an outdoor deck that has two eating areas, comfortable seating and loungers surrounding the pool to enjoy your time poolside. The grill is propane. It usually has gas, but if needs to be replaced, the guests are welcome to get a tank, and we can reimburse. We've maintained a high rating for cleanliness, location, value and satisfaction from our 100+ guests that have stayed.

Great home base for visiting Dallas attractions

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. The pool area was great. Beds were super comfy, as was the living room area. Being able to park in the garage was a huge bonus! Home was clean and had plenty of extras such as a coffee bar.

Enjoyed our stay.

Perfect for our cousin weekend. The listing of 4 bedrooms is misleading. The sofa in the living room makes out a queen bed but there are only 3 true bedrooms. The outdoor area was great!

Perfect Getaway

This home exceeded our expectations. It was very welcoming and made you feel at home. The deck & seating area is the perfect compliment to the relaxing pool. I would definitely recommend this property & will consider rebooking it in the future.

Perfect family house

I our family fit perfectly in the home. The kids enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed the covered deck area. It was a short drive to the state fair and met all our home needs. Would like to stay again when visiting the Dallas area.

This home is decorated nicely and was a perfect fit for our stay! We only wished we were coming for the summer months and could have enjoyed the lovely pool! Really nice place I would book again in a heart beat.

We had a great stay to come for the Mesquite Rodeo. The pool is amazing. Plenty of room and it had everything we needed. Great location and quiet neighborhood. I recommend this and would even consider return trips when in the area.

Great House

We had a business even in Dallas. This house was a short drive. It was clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. Robin was great to work with!! We would absolutely book again.

Holidays at the Mahan home

This was my first time booking with VRBO and through it all it was a great experience. The home was cleaned, stocked, easy to communicate with owner and it exceeded our expectations. We slept, ate and enjoyed a happy holiday together at this property. My favorite part was that it came with holiday decor, a Santa suit and it was in a quiet neighborhood. Definitely coming back again.

Great place to stay

Nice quiet neighborhood. Loved having the garage! Home was so charming and all the coffees and teas were great. It had everything we needed. The 4th bedroom is the sofa bed in the living room so we did not utilize that. The pool area was beautiful. It was too cold to swim this time of year but we did use the grill! The arcade game was a big hit! Over all it was a great place to stay.

Comfy and quiet

House was comfortable and clean but like many older homes, it has some weird quirks, sticking doors, old school locks, light switches in weird place but none of this really mattered. Water was hot, AC was cool, beds were comfy. Pool was nice but there are no lights in the pool so that kind of irked the kids at night and all the board games were broken or missing parts. We were staying here for work so we were pretty tired most evenings so none of this hurt our overall opinion.

House was exactly as explained, very nice layout. We used the outdoors alot, as when the weather is good we are out. Unfortunately the pool was still cold, as was the prior weather, so this was to be expected. Contact with Robin was easy and response was great. I would recommend this home. PS other on who stayed with does not work

The house rules were broken, you had a party with more than 40 people in my home, two people in your party smoked Marijuana in my home, you broke a patio chair, and lots of trash was left. You lied about your reservation and didn't ahear to any of the house rules.

Perfect Girls Weekend

We loved staying at this home! It was the perfect size for our small group of girls and everything was clean and as described on the listing. I really appreciated the additional steps Robin took to make sure guests have everything they need: towels for the pool, kitchen supplies, sunscreen/bug spray, pool toys, good quality shampoo and conditioner in the showers, etc. Robin was also very communicative and easy to reach. We had a little bump right at the beginning trying to get in the house, so we called Robin and she answered her phone right away and helped us get inside without issue. All in all, we loved the house and pool and would definitely stay again!

Nice house, great pool!

The house was nice. It was a little weird to find food in the cabinets. Some of the dishes could’ve used a second washing. But the house was really nice. When the sun enters the front room it is very calming. The rooms were nice size. The pool was amazing! The hosts were super responsive to every question. We went the 4th of July week and had family over. Everyone was comfortable, there was enough room for 20 people. Everyone was impressed with the house and couldn’t believe it was a Vrbo house. The covered deck in the back was really nice too. Having a garage to park the car was an unexpected bonus, especially in the Texas heat.

Superb!!

Property was amazing. Whole house was very clean. Patio and pool area were so nice for meals, morning coffee, and enjoying the total eclipse. The tvs were good and all Roku channels available. Nice sound bar in the living room. Master bedroom mattress was heavenly, so comfortable. Soft yet supportive, I slept like a baby. One thing to watch upon first entry is the living room is sunken. We were carrying bags and wearing sunglasses not expecting to step down. This isn't a negative at all, just something to be aware of. Coffee bar was the only thing we used in the kitchen and was very nice. We had food delivered; there are many options on the delivery apps, and lots of restaurants within a few miles if you'd rather go out. It's great to be able to use the garage for parking. Host Robin was great with communication. We really enjoyed our stay here and would stay again if coming to Dallas.

The Perfect Staycation

We were celebrating my 2 y/o Birthday! Everything was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked and the grill was a perfect addition! Everyone enjoyed the pool. Perfect size for the family. The home was clean and in order. We will definitely be staying again! It felt likeHome away from Home.

It is a quiet neighborhood with amazing neighbors. It is close to many attractions and major highways, but you still get the quiet feeling with it being surrounded by a very large park.
