Whether you're in Dallas for business or leisure, this home is perfect for your traveling or staycation needs! Our beautiful home is conveniently located just 5 minutes from Fair Park, 6 minutes from Deep Ellum, 8 minutes from Downtown Dallas ,and 12 minutes from American Airlines Center. Fantastic location for Concerts, Football, State Fair, or just a night out on the town. This home is complete with 2 Car Garage, fenced backyard, covered front porch, awesome landscape, plentiful yet sensible tree & up lighting, and that's just the outside! Inside is a table-gamer's paradise perfect for a family or a friends' trip, featuring a beautiful Brunswick 8ft. pool table, Ping Pong Table, Dart Board, Board Games, and Poker Chips! While it will be difficult to stop having fun, we understand work can interfere so we have accommodated the business traveler as well. This home has very fast high speed internet, and if you are anything like we are when we travel, you will find that the large kitchen island or dining room table will make the perfect mobile office. If you need even more privacy we also have a corner desk and office chair in one of the bedrooms. My better half and I have worked very hard to make our home beautiful and comfortable over the past few years, and now we look forward to the opportunity to share it with you as your home away from home. : )

Skeptical about the location of the house at first but it ended up being absolutely amazing! Minutes from all the things we wanted to do while in Dallas. So close to the botanical gardens, which had great Christmas displays. The adult kids and teen were entertained with the pool table, ping pong table, we rarely saw them on their devices. Kitchen had everything we needed. Justin was super attentive and helpful. Yes the shower in the master is small but it worked perfectly and was nice and hot and I’m 5’9”. It was a great vacation home.

The house was as advertised with no hidden surprises. Beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious. The kids really enjoyed the activity amenities provided!!!

We had a wonderful, comfortable stay. Kitchen was well-equipped, and the space was well-organized. The bed was very comfortable. The fenced yard provided plenty of space for our collie-shepherd. The neighborhood's sidewalks were great for walks to the nearby dogpark. Justin is an awesome host!

Nicely remodeled open concept home with lots of room to hang out with the family. I am definitely not a pool shark but it was fun getting to shoot a few games with our son. I loved the huge kitchen island. We were in town for a wedding at the Arboretum which was only 8 minutes away. That was a huge plus.

Cleanest house ever and I’ve stayed in a lot of houses and never found one this clean. I’m never even saw a spec of dust! This house was fabulous and we plan to rent it again when in Dallas! Well appointed with all the kitchen supplies, great if we had had guests and kids with us! It smelled clean and I’m sensitive to any smells. Televisions were huge and perfect for watching college football from anywhere in the house. Bed was extremely comfy and super soft sheets and most comfortable pillows! The garage was a top bonus for parking our vehicle. Over took less than three minutes, door dash was fast bc it is easy to find the house and close to many places. The photos match the description. Justin was quick to reply to a couple of questions we had about our arrival and departure. The neighborhood was cute and well established well kept. We felt safe and right at home. I highly recommend this house!!!!!

We loved this house. Our sons are 20 and went on vacation with us. This house was fun with the dart board and pool table. Justin let us know a few issues he needed to address, nothing major. There was great communication and would definitely go again if we were in Dallas.

Beautiful Home, but not cleaned before stay

Property was nice and fit my family needs. Unfortunately, The cleaning people did not do a great job before we got to the property. bed in one bedroom slept in and was not made and trash still in bedroom trashcans. Shower in main bedroom was not clean, drain still had hair stuck all over the stopper. Hot water didnt work first day we stayed, so shower has to heat up for 10 minutes.There were tiny roaches all over the kitchen area cabinets and in the microwave. Overall , house needs to be sprayed and needs a good clean up. Also house has musty smell. Owners were very friendly jus think they need a better cleaning crew before they have a scheduled stay and need pest control.

The perfect little get-away home

Wonderful stay in a clean home in a nice neighborhood. Convenient to downtown Dallas with a WalMart nearby if you’ve forgotten any essentials. We had fun using the pool table, table tennis table, and dart board. Internet was fast. Plenty of entertainment for an entire family; we didn’t get to use them, but there are lots of board games available. Dog fence in the backyard was a huge plus. Yard in front and back are nicely manicured. Owner is very responsive and friendly. Plenty of space for three adults and two dogs. Will return when we are in Dallas again.

Awesome Place

The house is awesome. Super close to everything. The only issue was the toilet seat in the primary bathroom is cracked. You gotta be careful, lol. We would definitely recommend.

Great property owners. Great location. Great house.

We stayed at this location to celebrate / host Thanksgiving with family. There is more than enough room and the ping pong table, pool table, and games kept everyone entertained. TV's were great to watch the games and the kitchen to a dream to cook / bake in. Home is spotless and the back yard is beautiful. 10 / 10 will recommend!!!

Whitney and I worked very hard making this house a beautiful, yet cozy home! I spared little expense and affordability when I remodeled this house after purchasing it for myself in 2019. Features such as a 8ft. 4CM Quartzite Kitchen Island with matching bathroom counter, refinished original and woven hand-scraped hardwood floors, whole home soft-close cabinet doors and drawers, state of the art Stainless Whirlpool Appliances, Mechanic's Dream Epoxy Garage Floor, new bath floor tile, tiled covered front porch, and much, much more. Once I was done with the shell Whitney filled it with her amazing styling skills. We are proud of our home and hope you love it as much as we have!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

CLOSE...TO...EVERYTHING! Ok, ok, (for trolls about to rock) nothing can be close to everything, but our home is just a few miles from almost everything you would expect from the 9th largest city in the US (better? eat a snickers?).
