Please be advised that, in accordance with our payment policy, an initial payment equal to 50% of the total reservation amount is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance of 50% shall be payable within 30 calendar days from the date of booking.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, in instances where the check-in date occurs within the same calendar month as the booking confirmation, the total reservation amount shall be due and payable in full at the time of booking.

To be eligible for a full refund, any reservation cancellation must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled check-in date shall be subject to a 50% refund of the total reservation amount paid.

No-shows and cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the check-in date shall not be eligible for any refund.

When applicable, refunds shall be processed on the originally scheduled check-in date and will incur a 4.5% transaction fee.

There are two parking spaces in the driveway. You also have free parking for more 2 cars on the courbside.

BBQ Grill has an additional cost of $50 for use during the reservation.

- Pool heating: Enjoy the perfect pool and hot tub temperature for just US$35 per day. Please let us know 24 hours in advance so we can have it ready for your arrival.

For the best convenience of our guests, we provide basic supplies such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, and essential kitchen items like salt, sugar, and pepper for the first days of the stay.

Weekly pool service: Every Friday, 8:00 AM–1:00 PM, the pool company balances chemicals. The pool will be unavailable during this time and may be used 3 hours after completion (for guest safety).

For the safety and security of our guests, the property is equipped with exterior surveillance cameras located at the front porch and sides of the home. These cameras are used exclusively for security purposes and do not face any private areas, ensuring your privacy during your stay.
