Regarding the golf cart charging, outlets at this home are located on the second floor and above due to Florida flood codes, which restrict ground level electrical installations. Most golf cart rental companies will deliver or provide an extension cord upon request, and our team is also happy to assist in coordinating that for future guests. As for the beach access, we understand how frustrating standing water can be. This time of year is our heaviest rain season on the Key, and flooding in the lower lying areas can unfortunately occur. It is outside of our direct control, but we are sorry it impacted your beach days. On the clogged drain and the trash situation, had our team been made aware during your stay, we would have been more than happy to clear the drain and empty the bins promptly.
