Cette maison peut accueillir 7 personnes confortablement, et la propriĂ©tĂ© est sur le golfe du Mexique. Nous fournissons, vĂ©los, un grill, toutes les commoditĂ©s, cafetiĂšre Keurig, cour clĂŽturĂ©e, la vie privĂ©e. DĂ©corĂ© avec de belles Ɠuvres d'art et des accessoires. Has potential

The house itself is spacious, but needs a lot of updating. The description of “being on the water” is not accurate because there are 2 full lots between the house and the dock. Access to the dock was a two house walk away but we specifically asked if the house was directly on the water (like we were looking for) and she told us yes. When we arrived there was a random “punch hole” in the wall and there were A TON of flies (we killed at least 10 that we actually counted) We initially went to the beach to relax because we were told there would be a key left for us but she was very insistent on meeting us there to give us the key prior to her going to dinner which made us feel rushed to get there on her timeline. Trying to get to her house was very frustrating because when we called she did not know the surrounding streets to assist us when she knew google maps already struggled with pin pointing the location. Overall the rental was generic (updates needed, location Verified, fly infestation, not being on the water) but the location was close enough to where we wanted to be so that was the only plus.

Gulfview

We liked the place overall and enjoyed our stay. Karen was a prompt and accommodating host. The price is right, the access to the gulf is awesome, and its close to everything. I think the bald eagle has moved on but the wildlife is everywhere including a manatee that swam up to the sea wall! As with other comments, the house is dated inside (the master needs some help (mattress, bedding and furniture that fits), the main sliding patio door lock needs repair to work properly, and a new fridge is warranted. That said the other keys things work as expected....AC works great, toilets, water pressure, grill, bikes, beach furniture, etc. all good. Lastly the house was clean. My 4star on the cleanliness related to the patio furniture thay I spent 30min cleaning before we could enjoy it.

Relaxing Beach Getaway

The property was nice and comfortable, the view from the deck on the water was amazing! The property managers made things very easy for us! We will definitely use this property again when we come back to the area!

Good Stay Not Ocean Front

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Plenty of room, and well-spaced bedrooms and bathrooms. Property is well stocked for vacation needs. If you consider renting the property, be aware that 2 houses are located directly in front of the rental property itself and the ocean. The first is several stories and is ocean front (owners) and behind it a one-story where the manager lives. Karen (manager) was helpful and responsive to our questions etc. Yes, it is 80 steps to the water and there is a nice deck to sit on by the ocean. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but were disappointed by the rental's location (backs to the street not to the ocean).

Nice property with great location

Great location. Easy access. Beautiful views from deck access on the property. While the decor is a little dated and updates would help, the layout worked great for our sons, their wives, and one infant. Suggested a few items for the kitchen. Property manager responsive.

We enjoyed the patio at the waterside, the screened in porch and the open porch. The highlight was watching the eagles in the nest next to the waterside nest in the huge tree!

A little piece of paradise!

This house was amazing! Everything was very clean and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect to the water and it was a 5 minute drive to the main restaurant strip as well as to the main beach. Communication was perfect by the host as well. Highly recommend!

Sister weekend

This was a nice spot for our sister weekend. Very private. The shared back deck is on the water, but there is no beach within easy walking distance. However, it is a short drive to beautiful beaches and there are many shops and restaurants in the village, so plenty to do during the day and evening!

50th Anniversary

Wonderful stay with family to celebrate our 50th anniversary. We are originally from Sarasota but moved to Texas 40 years ago, came home to renew our vows and this location was so comfortable and convenient for all of us. Thank you Karen for all your time and meeting our needs.

Beautiful Start to 2024

The Siesta Key Home was perfect to enter the New Year with my family. The residence consisted of 3 stories, to give everyone maximum personal space. The dock had the best sunset view and space to fish with the whole family. The whole family highly enjoyed the short travel to the Siesta Key beach with the biggest drum circle any of us have seen along with the local restaurants and bars. Our trip ended with a visit to the Ringling Circus Museum which was a perfect end to our tropical vacation. Thank you for providing the serenity of your beautiful home.

Kate nice and convenient place!

We stayed for 5 nights, and we were very comfortable. We had a issue with one of the showers (it would not turn on), and it was fixed the next morning. A little close to the road, but overall it was quiet. No beach, but the deck on the water was very nice. Bonus, next door there's a Bald Eagle nest! It was very cool seeing them every day. We named them George and Barbara. Overall everyone was happy, even the 2 teenage girls were happy being there, and we would rent this place again!

Great property!

Our stay here was perfect! First off, the house is in a perfect location, close enough to the beach but fair enough away from all the traffic. The rooms are nice sized where you don’t feel cramped when you’re in them. Hands down the best part was the back deck, those sunsets were absolutely stunning! Karen was very quick to reply to messages and was really nice! We had such a great time here that our family is already planning our next trip there!

Great stay.

Lots of nice features to make a stay enjoyable. The house is comfortable, a bit worn, lacking a few kitchen items, but overall it’s very do-able. It is fairly close to the street so there is some traffic noise but it dies down at night. For sure the highlight is sitting on the deck out back of the houses and watching the sun set.

Substandard, Musty and Old

After no response from management which says a lot for anyone looking to book. This definitely did not meet our standards on cleanliness or aging. Everything is very old and outdated. Not to mention some very unsafe loose outside stairs. And horrible musty smell! Here is a list of our complaints. 1. No lighting at the front door. Only when you got right at the door did an automatic light come on. It’s very dark at night and would be nice if we could leave a light in outside for safety. 2. Picture of the view on the web is deceiving. There is absolutely no view of water from any window. You must walk past another home and onto their dock at o see the water. 3. None of the sliding doors locked. 4. The steps on the outside deck were loose and dangerous. very sketchy walking down them. 5. The TV never worked and no instructions were left 6. The screen porch could have been wiped down like the chairs and upper and lower baseboards years of dirt there. 7. The mother in law room had cleaning stuff a dirty spong and an old tube of toothpaste plus it was missing several blinds on the sliding door and I had to put a board up against the door

Very confortable

We enjoyed our stay at Siesta Key the house is very spacious and well equipped for all our needs. I only gave it a 3 for location because I would have liked to have been closer to the beaches. The owner was readily available and made check in and check out a breeze. The house is definitely old Florida feel, could use a little updating and TLC. But fine for what we needed.

Karen was amazing

The pictures don’t do any justice. I was under the assumption that the waterfront patio was right outside the door, and it wasn’t. Upon arrival there were towels in the washer/dryer from previous stay. In all honesty, the cleanliness of the house just wasn’t up to our standards. Additional cleaning products were bought once inside the rent. Overall, it was great. My family truly enjoyed themselves.

Great place

Several adult siblings and spouses gathered to attend a wedding. The place was perfect for our event. The 3 1/2 baths allowed us all to get ready easily and the home and location allowed us a stress-free to prepare for the black tie wedding at the Ritz and relax before and after. Karen was excellent in communicating with us and we all had an excellent experience.
