Amazing location! We could walk to all the wonderful restaurants in the area. The host was super easy to get ahold of and we had a very easy check in/out process.

Stayed for just one night, it was absolutely perfect. The home is beautiful—thoughtfully designed, clean, and full of character. Nestled right in the historic downtown, everything was walkable, which made exploring the area effortless and fun.Check-in and check-out were smooth and simple, and the host’s communication was excellent—clear, friendly, and responsive.

We had a great time visiting wineries and breweries in the area. Breweries and restaurants were within walking distance of the cottage. Our home was comfy, well-equipped, and clean. We took advantage of the fire pit one evening too! We highly recommend this cottage for your visit to leesburg!

Perfect getaway

Cute little house perfect for a small town getaway. The house was a perfect fit for my family of 5. We were able to walk to the shops and enjoyed a nice day of shopping. We will be back!

Great central location in Leesburg

I stayed here with a group of friends for a girls weekend in wine country. It is a great location in downtown Leesburg - walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. Well equipped bathrooms, comfy bedrooms, well designed and a great backyard. Only point of feedback is that the kitchen didn’t have many cooking utensils and pots, but it wouldn’t have been a problem if we ate at the house less (which you totally could do with the location)

Royal Street

Very responsive owner. Great atmosphere and close to historic Leesburg. The property is very well kept and my family of 5 and dog really enjoyed finishing out the day with a nice fire. Would stay there again and highly recommend to anyone planning on staying in the area, or, who wants to see the sights of the area and doesn’t want to stay near the hustle and bustle.
