This charming 3-bed, 2-bath retreat combines modern comfort with historic charm, offering an ideal stay for your visit to this vibrant area. Walkable to ALL of the downtown shops, restaurants, and attractions, enjoy the perfect blend of convenience and character for your stay in beautiful Leesburg. This home is perfect for those looking to explore this picturesque town and wine country!

Other things to note:
The basement of this property has a shorter ceiling height compared to upstairs. Guests should be careful not to hit their head in certain areas with lower clearance. These areas have been marked with signage.

Peter is an excellent host and the house is super cute. It’s beautifully updated with great amenities. The beds are really comfortable. The house is in a great location. We will definitely book the home again.

Welcoming Home with Great Location

Would highly recommend this property for a stay in Leesburg. Great walkable locations to coffee, shops and restaurants. The house was just what we needed and made for a wonderful weekend away.

We really enjoyed our stay in Leesburg at this adorable property! It had everything we needed as a family of 6, the bathroom essentials and kitchen was well stocked. Location was amazing, walkable to restaurants, breweries and cocktail bars. We would book here again in a heartbeat we enjoyed our time so much!

Property was adorable, clean and in a fantastic location ! So so much right at your doorstep and downtown Leesburg is literally 3 blocks away. But the street is quiet. Host was very responsive. Parking is a bit of a challenge as there is no driveway and street parking is limited. So don’t bring a lot of cars - we had a few as we were there for a wedding but one car would probably have been ok.

This place is perfect. It is so adorable and clean. Charming outside. Inside space is wonderful and laid out really well. We had everything we needed. Walked to all the shops and restaurants in the historic town district and took a short drive to Middleburg and beautiful wine/brewery country. Hard to believe its such a quick drive outside of DC. A great little get away. Well priced. We loved it.
