You get what you pay for, I guess. House needs dusting, cobwebs everywhere. Door to bathroom doesn’t shut and the pillows are terrible. Otherwise it is a decent place to stay.

The location is a few minutes drive from the beach and the house is exactly as advertised. Perfect solution for a family with two children.

Cute house still a great place

This is a repeat visit and this little house is a delight. It’s close to our business meeting location and to the beach. Most importantly it’s dog friendly and the large backyard and dog friendly house is important to me

Cute, clean, very pet friendly

The house is adorable! It was very cozy and comfortable for the two of us, and would be for a small family or two couples. It's decorated beautiful, comfortable beds and has a lot of nice little touches. It is the most dog-friendly place we've ever stayed in, with a big, securely fenced-in back yard, and lots of helpful amenities like dog bowls and extra poop bags. Thank you for a great stay!

Continued Gem

Nice location very easy drive to down town Clearwater and the beach. Cute little house that is very dog friendly and has a fenced in back yard. This is a super good spot for a traveler with a dog with a park just a few feet away and beach about 12 minutes away. It is becoming my favorite while in town for business

a little taste of Tampa

The house was roomy for a smaller home. TV and internet worked well. Nice large back yard, and nicely fenced so you don't see the neighbors either. Pretty quiet even at night. Glad to see they had curtains on all the windows for privacy. Give it a thumbs up.

Very disappointing birthday/anniversary trip (didn't even stay one night of the three we had planned). Returning home was more of a vacation!

Clean and Quaint

Love this property. It is small as advertised, but perfect for me. (And possibly a 2nd person). Owner is obviously very animal friendly as there were clean water/food bowls out for use. Also pretty colored lights set the atmosphere
consistent with the area. Everything inside appeared clean and new.

Great pet friendly home.

We decided on a quick getaway to Dunedin area but wanted to bring our big dog with us. So many places don't allow big dogs but this place did & was perfect. Very clean and big yard. Neighborhood was quiet. Little things like the make-up removal wipes are really nice. We didn't want for anything at all. This place is so close to Dunedin and that made it super convenient. Can't wait to come back again & bring our girl!! Thank you :)

Inspection

The house was in a good location and we weren't really there to enjoy it but i do recommend inspecting it before renting it. The tub was clog, the sink drained slowly, when you shower water leaks out from the shower door into the ground potentially a water damage in the future, it wasnt very clean, the picture frames were all crooked and some l9oked broken, the yard needs maintenance and the porch needed cleaning. Im sure you see through the cameras. Just inspect before renting and i think this will be even better other than that it was great. I unclogged the tub drain.

Clearwater

The property is clean but small. It was fine for the two of us and small dog. Backyard a good size but lanai and patio not cleaned of debris. Kitchen well equipped and has modern appliances including dishwasher. Washing machine floods when used and had to put clothes twice through drying cycle to get fully dried. Would definitely stay here again but would want a properly working washer and dryer. Host very responsive to any emails.

A rare gem- everything you need!

This place is amazing! Such a great find! It is the perfect size, so cute and with thoughtful little touches everywhere. Many places say they are “pet friendly” but that often means either rundown or with limited spaces for pets to be in. This rental is beyond pet friendly and still beautiful! My dog and my spouse were very comfortable here and did not want to leave! There is a fenced in backyard and even a little park across the street from the neighborhood. Very close to shopping and the pinellas trail as well as a short ride to the beach. Our dog loved the blankets everywhere to curl up on. The kitchen and bathroom are so nice and have anything you might need. This was such a great find, reasonably priced and the owner was accommodating and provided excellent communication. You will not be disappointed!

Disappointment

We stayed 1 night of 14 booked. We were disappointed in the neighborhood which is run down. The yard was weedy and overgrown and front door dirty which included a filthy Christmas stocking laying on the porch. The house is “dog friendly”, but we did not expect to stay in a kennel. The house was free of clutter, but smelled of dog, especially the rug and throws . The house was filled with air fresheners which added to the smell. We tried washing the throws, but the washer was broken, over flowing even with the smallest load. Most disappointing was the small refund given after contacting the host. She stated we would get a refund less the time we stayed (1 night), but did not make good on that. She disputed our word, saying the washer had never been ran and our assessment was incorrect. We would not recommend this rental!

At first when we got here the house didn't give us a great first impression. The exterior needs some sprucing up. Here are some of the good things about it. The location is good and the overall impression of the neighborhood is good. We met several people and everyone was super nice. It was fairly quiet here. You are just a couple of blocks from the bike path which we walked our dog on every day. There is a restaurant on the trail called the Home Plate which has a good breakfast and we stopped a few times and ate. The beds are surprisingly comfortable and the shower water temperature and pressure was good. The interior is fixed up cute and the kitchen had everything we needed. The house is comfortable temperature wise.Here is the bad from a perspective of a DYIer. The outside needs pressure washed and maybe some fresh paint. The big tree laying in the back yard needs cut up and removed along with the brush. The patio door needs replaced and I would replace the front door with a steel entrance door but definitely the patio door. The washer dryer combo does not work. It leaks. I checked it for level and checked the hoses and drain line. I even ran it without any clothes in it. Water is coming from bottom of door and the soap-softener tray and running down the front of the machine. The dryer element throws an error. The shower door needs fresh caulk. It leaks in the right corner. We put a washcloth down in that corner when we showered to keep it from running out into the floor

Dog friendly gem of a blue pearl

This is located close to down town Clearwater and the beach as well. The little house is cute and clean with a beach decor. Great big yard for the dogs to run. They chased some errant squirrels each day. Hot shower with good pressure and a lot of thoughtful touches

Just what I needed

Cute house that was a nice escape for me. I really appreciated all of the earth friendly products used. Jac was a great help when I needed to extend my stay for a couple of days!
