Tired property with undisclosed issues
Rating Details:
The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was clean.
I was happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Property is ok and functional for group up to 10 as indicated but one bedroom has two double beds only made clear by picture , further the driveway entry is steep with rock steps to navigate going into property . Front gate also quit working while we were there and had to be wired open pending maintenance repair . Floor plan is odd and fireplace is not functional , pool table isn’t level and foose ball is so rickety it needs to be taken out - most importantly the kitchen is up 6 rock steps that are steep and slick , lighting over steps is extremely poor ( and flickered as well ) no warning for steps or mention of steps into kitchen in rental advertisements. Two of us fell and I fell so hard the morning we left I’m getting my my foot x-rayed for possible break but definitely injured . Kitchen and dining lighting extremely dim , refrigerator does not keep food cold , (Ps no disposal in kitchen and you have to carry out trash to trash bins down the drive ) utility and laundry room has active open leak in ceiling from bathroom shower up above in another upstairs unit . Water all over floor upon arrival . Room with double bed has open pipe and valve -dripped overnight on my neice . Wall heat ok but temps difficult to regulate overall - some rooms chilly while others too warm overnight ( evident by all the fans available ) property could be great and certainly functional but needs much better lighting and disclosure of stairs and address water issues .
