Cozy Catawba Home

Friends, families, and loved ones can relax in this 3 bedroom 2 bath home only minutes from Belmont, the Catawba river, CLT, and the US national whitewater center.
Enjoy the spacious deck, tall ivy-covered trees, and still have convenient access to Charlotte’s city center. ** please note, the maps overview that indicates it’s walking distance from the river / whitewater center is incorrect. Roughly 10-15 minute drive to those locations**

Additionally, I do not allow the space to be rented out for parties. It is a neighborhood, and I want to be respectful of neighbors. Single-night stays will need to be discussed please!

We enjoyed our 2 night stay. The home claims to sleep 4 but I would not say comfortably. The 2 beds are comfortable but the 3rd bedroom is literally a futon that flips open on the floor. It served the purpose for 2 nights that we stayed for a cheer competition. The master bath had hair on the sink but over all I would say the home was clean and tidy. The extra blankets provided smelled as if they weren’t washed after the last guests. We did not use them due to this. The kitchen provided all your basics. I would make a suggestion to rearrange the living room and add a chair of some sort for seating or get a bigger couch. 4 adults are not sitting comfortably on one small couch with no where else to sit. There is no where to sit and eat but honestly no space for a small table. We made due. It was a very cute home tucked away but close enough to stores and gas stations. I personally would not stay again unless it was only 2 adults. Anymore than that and it becomes quite crowded

My sister's and I visited this home in remembrance if our Mother did a heavenly birthday celebration of life. It was just what we needed. The home is quietly nestled into a little slice of country. The couch was comfortable and we loved sitting on the porch. We decorated sister cups during our stay.

We were staying for 2 nights for an event at the whitewater center. The house is convenient to the center. The house was clean. The kitchen had the basics. The mattress were not that comfortable. Our main concern was the noise level of Interstate 85. We wore ear plugs to sleep. Living area and kitchen noise level was less as was the second bedroom. Outside of the house the traffic noise was extremely loud.

Great location. Very clean. Very private.

Conveniently located with easy access to major roads. Only a few miles from the Whitewater Center. Easy access to many food choices and walmart and pharmacies. Highway trafic can be heard but not obnoxiously. Never saw neighbors, very quiet from that regard. House has a nice layout. There are however only 2 seats at the island and no other table to eat at. For my stay it was great because there were only 2 of us.Home owner communicates very nicely and very fast. She is happy to answer questions and is very kind. Rules for checking out are simple and reasonable.When I ho back to the Whitewater Center I will book this place again!

Cozy in Charlotte

We had a fantastic stay at a property in Charlotte that exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for comfort. Its location was ideal, close to attractions while being in a peaceful neighborhood. We loved how easy it was to access downtown Charlotte from the property. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and we highly recommend it to others.

My family had a girls weekend trip & loved staying here! It was the perfect size & had everything we needed. The decorations were minimal and cute. The host was friendly and helpful! Perfect location as it’s close to 85 & convenient to grocery stores/restaurants! The bed was comfortable & I felt right at home! 💖
