Cette maison Ă©tait une maison de moulin Ă  l'apogĂ©e de l'industrie textile et a Ă©tĂ© entiĂšrement rĂ©novĂ©e! C'est proche de tout mais assez loin pour avoir cette ambiance "country"! Notre maison est de 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain complĂštes et dispose d'un espace de rassemblement spacieux et d'une cuisine - parfait pour les familles et les amis! Il y a une Ă©picerie juste en face de cette rue oĂč vous pouvez marcher et un grand patio pour un porche assis avec votre thĂ© sucrĂ© du sud :)

We had a wonderful stay at this property! We decided last minute to go to Mount Holly to visit family for Christmas. Everything was perfect for what we needed. There was plenty of space for the two of us and our two pups. The house was so comfortable and had everything we needed. It was so close to anything we needed. Also, it was very convenient to be across the street from a grocery store.We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was very comfortable and carefree! The location is great and a bonus having a Mexican food truck with 97% health dept rating in the Food Lion parking lot!!! We had 7 adults and four children and we slept very comfortably. The home was spacoius and the front porch was such a bonus. Check in was a breeze, the house was equipt with may conveniences. We have family in the area and plan to make this our go to vrbo anytime we go back!!

Wonderful place to stay

The house was very nice and just what we needed for a home base while in town for a family reunion. The communication with the host was excellent! Very smooth check-in and out. I would definitely recommend this place

Family Birthday get together

We met with family to celebrate some special birthdays at Carowinds Amusement park and all stayed at this lovely home. It was clean and very convenient. We enjoyed the porch and the home was perfect for us. Would definitely book again.

Cute, well appointed home

We enjoyed our brief stay. The home is as described and convenient to all we had planned, namely downtown Charlotte and the whitewater center. Having the grocery store across the street is a nice plus.

Great stay at Central Location

We were in town for a big family event! This home was in a perfect spot for us - close to family and close to many Charlotte activities :) Home was as advertised... nicely decorated and clean! I always appreciate extra coffee, paper products and laundry soap, which the hosts provided plenty of for our 3 week stay :) There is some traffic noise at normal busy times, but it's also right across from a grocery store which was very convenient for us. I would definitely stay here again :)

Wedding Weekend

My family traveled to Belmont from the Philadelphia area for my nieces wedding. We were a party of six adults and the home was very spacious. This house was perfect for our needs. This home was clean, comfortable and decorated adorably. Close to the rehearsal dinner and wedding venue. Valerie was wonderful to work with. Communicating and understanding. The grocery store across the street was a wonderful added convenience too. I highly recommend this rental if staying in the Belmont area. Will definitely stay here again if we are in the area again.

Perfect for a family of 5

This was a perfect set up for my husband and I and our 3 kids. Much better alternative to a hotel. We stayed here to visit family over Spring break and the house was close to where they lived. Everything was clean and well stocked. For being on a main road, it was really quiet at night and we all slept great. There is a grocery store right across the street that we just walked to when we needed something, it was super convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

Cute historic home

Well furnished, very clean and comfortable home. The owner was very helpful and responsive. Close to Whitewater Center. Me and my two teenage boys enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent here again. The Keurig cups were a nice bonus.

We saw the potential in this home and we knew we could bring it back to life! We also loved the fact that it still had the original wood framing around the windows and hardwood floors. It's also close to everything - 15 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes to downtown Charlotte, 25 minutes to Carowinds and SO much more!

We are close to everything - the airport, Whitewater center, Downtown Belmont, Uptown Charlotte and so much more! There also is a grocery store directly across the street - it's so close that you could walk to it :)
