The home is an updated Mid-century Modern ranch with a spacious backyard and patio. There are 2 newly decorated living room areas, a modern dining area, fully-equipped kitchen with outdoor entrance, 4 bedrooms with 5 beds and plenty of storage and 1.5 baths. There is also a laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer. The front living area has a coat closet and the side entrance is off the driveway.

We had a wonderful stay here while in town to celebrate my daughter's baby shower. It was very clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. We loved that it was big enough for our family to stay togetger for the weekend. Thank you!

Spot on Perfect

The location was exactly what we needed. Safe area and near to everything!!!! House was VERY clean and well appointed. Beds were amazing! We would stay again!

The house was lovely, very comfortable beds. The property manager immediately responded when we had a minor issue with the door lock after 10pm. The only downside to this house, through no fault of the owner, was that the nextdoor neighbor had a ROOSTER who started crowing at dawn every day. My guess is this is against city ordinances and he hopefully won't be there for long, but it's worth checking before you book if you think this will bother you.

Conference in Lexington

The house was great, and the owners were wonderful! It was very cozy and convenient. The best part was that VRBO was cheaper than the hotel where the conference was held!

Highly recommend this place

Kim and Jamie went out of their way to make sure we had everything we could possibly need to enjoy our stay! I will say, cleanest place I have ever stayed, neighborhood was quiet and the layout of the house was perfect for our family! I wish there was a rating higher than 5 stars! Was very convenient to Keeneland, downtown and distilleries. Great backyard area! Would definitely stay again!

We totally enjoyed our stay.

We totally enjoyed our stay. Very clean and decorated beautifully. The neighborhood was very quiet. Love all the horse pictures. We were in Lexington for the Road To The Horse competition at the horse park.just a couple of things.1. A hand rail in the shower. 2.night lights3.door stopper in room with twin beds. Door hitting wall. Sorry I didnt review earlier. we went home to an ice storm and no power. We live in lower Michigan.seniorss

The perfect place for a girls weekend!!!! The cleanest house I have ever rented, perfect location to downtown, we would 1000% stay here again.

Easter weekend

Beautiful house. Lots of room for everyone. Hosts were easy to communicate with and set us up with a large table so we could all sit together. Will definitely go back there again when I visit my daughter at UK.
