The host was incredible and checked in frequently, was very kind and helpful. They also accomodated a early arrival for part of our group. The location of the home to Keenland was most ideal.

This house was amazing! Just like the pictures! The communication was fantastic and they accommodated our early arrival. The house had everything we needed and a great central location for what you’d like to do! Being so close to the airport was a bonus! We will definitely be staying here again!

The property was great for our large group. Floor plan was such that the flow for the group wasn’t crowded. Location was in the middle of everything we needed for our plans and 3 min from airport. Shopping/Dining was 5 min .Downtown was easy to get to. You may need clarity from host in size of beds other than the king rooms

Great spot. Very close to the airport and the track if you’re planning a Keeneland trip. Less than 5 minutes to both. We booked for a guys golf/horse weekend. 20 minutes to Woodford Reserve and less than 10 minutes to downtown. Host was prompt, helpful, and informative. Loved the house and the setup. Highly recommend!

This property rental was wonderful for our golf/bourbon trip for eight (8) adults. The property was accurately described, clean, plenty of room, great location. Nasim (owner), was fantastic to work with. She personally showed up to provide a tour of the property & was responsive the entire process. I highly recommend and would stay again. Cheers!

Perfect Home Base for a Family Celebration in LexingtonWe stayed here with a group of 14 to celebrate my daughter's engagement, and the house was everything we needed. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, yet the common areas made it easy to come together.The owner was wonderful. Communication was great from start to finish, and she personally walked us through the home when we arrived to show us around. That personal touch made us feel welcome right away.Our days were full: we toured WinStar Farm and spent time at Keeneland, both must-dos if you're in the area, and the location made getting around Lexington easy. But some of our best memories happened back at the house. Every evening we gathered to play games, watch football, and just enjoy being together. The home was comfortable, clean, and well set up for a large group.If you're planning a family gathering or group trip to Lexington, I highly recommend this property. We'd absolutely stay here again!

From start to finish, we had a great experience being hosted by Nasim. The house has everything you could want! The pool and hot tub were a great source of relaxation after a long day of activities - that are very close to the house. Nasim was great when we had questions and a couple of special requests. Our group of 10 adults have WAY more space and privacy than we expected. Amazing house.

My family and I recently stayed at this property for my son’s UK graduation. The upscale house had plenty of space for the 12 people in our group. There were lots of places to spend time together but also space if people needed to take calls etc. The house offered every amenity you could think of. Can’t beat the location. We had a few people fly in so an easy trip to the airport to pick them up and 15 minutes to downtown Lexington. Given the graduation weekend timing the value was great compared to having to book individual hotel booking. If you are headed to Lexington and looking for space with a large group, I don’t think you could find a better spot.The host was great to work with and provided the details I needed to check-in and out. She also checked in just to make sure we were finding everything and if we needed anything.If I find my way out there for the spring or fall meets at Keeneland, I will be looking at this property to host my group.
